My car cut off earlier that day. My husband instructed me to take it to AutoZone once I was off work, which was close by my job, so I did. A young man by the name of Xavier met me in the parking lot. He spoke with husband and knew I was on my way. Xavier was very attentive to what I needed. He was polite, informative, and cared about getting me back on the road safely after giving me a lecture about how bad my battery looked, lol.... He checked my battery and instructed me that I needed a new. It was all taken care of within probably 30 minutes. I purchased it, and he removed my old one and replaced it with my new one and sent me home safely. Great customer service, young man Xavier!! Thank you....

The employees here are very helpful. They're very quick about helping you find what you need. They will even help with simple tasks, like replacing your wiper blades or battery. I highly recommend this store.

Thank you to the great Team at Autzone at 14810 Blanco !!! Caleb ( redshirt) triple checked and treated my Subaru like his own vehicle and did a exceptional job helping me swap out my battery . Also the manager Paul was able to help me reset my idle start ; if I can give 6 stars I would . You are very lucky to have this team of dedicated workers here if you live or work close to this location .

Can I just tell you how amazing this store is. Moses specifically helped me find the exact thing I needed and helped save me not only money but more importantly he saved me TIME which is something you can't get back. I am so appreciative of people like Moses who go above and beyond sharing their experience and knowledge and jump into action to help customers. Keep doing what you guys are doing here at this store. Its the little things 👏

Came in for garage door supplies and found what I needed. Both employees on duty were attentive and helped me with my purchase.

2/17/2024- Today my visit started on the phone to unquire if the store carried 4A =AAAA. I stated clearly to the male employee I was looking for 4A QUAD batteries, not Triple A. He rudely responded, "uh yeah I don't know ma'am" . I advised him could he please check and corrected him and said "its Sir not Ma'am ". He then raised his voice and replied " that's what I said man". I told him well that wasn't professional calling me either. I kept talking and realized he had placed me on hold while I was talking. I waited for a bit and decided to drive there since I'm right around the corner. As I arrived into the parking lot the same male individual returned on the line. Didn't thank me for holding, even though he placed me on hold without advising me, Told me they didn't have triple A batteries. I informed him " 1st of all I asked for the 4A not Triple A. He interjected and said its the same. I told him if you weren't so rude and taken the time to listen to your customer instead of getting rude and hot headed, you would've heard exactly what I asked for". He then proceeded to hang up on me. I was in the parking lot so at that point to enter the store. I immediately recognized the other employee from previous visits. So I then asked another employee that walked from behind the racks to the counter and asked him was that just you that hung up on me? His response was yes because I was rude. I proceeded to tell him he was in a position of customer service and he couldnt go around addressing customers as "yeah man". Furthermore I told him he was rude for just placing me on hold and he couldn't justify his actions but only say I was rude (for inquiring on a particular product). I asked his name and he responded "Xavier ". As another employee who's service has been great in the past witnessed, Xavier kept talking and stating "go ahead MAN report me". I turned at the other employee and asked him did he hear how he continued to refer as "yeah man". My reponse to Xavier was, he was very lucky to have been hired with that attitude. I walked out. Although that store is close , the lack of etiquette of one employee will not keep me out. I value the respect, professionalism and friendliness of all the others.

I'm sorry I won't be bullied by an employee who has been given the opportunity to work and earn money, when many struggle through this tough economy.

Moses sold me a brake light and installed it. I’m a very happy customer today.

This Autozone is the only one I'll be visiting from now on. I went to the one on Fair Ave and that place is full of people who don't even want to answer the phone. Came here, and I got no hassles, no waiting around, and wasn't told that they don't do the work or that they don't have loaner tools. The manager Bob came right out and did the warranty battery replacement no issues whatsoever. I mean, you could go somewhere else if you're having a bad day and would like to be disappointed even further... But I'll stick with coming to this store.

My car battery died and was not able to bring it to the store. So one of the guys here came to help me jump my car to bring it to the store and changed my battery. Highly recommend for great customer service. Thank you !!

Came in to have my battery checked. Found out I had a dead cell. Very quick and professional, purchase and service. They even installed it for me.

Good prices on parts even though the prices on parts have gone up great customer service they honor their warranties and they do put the customer first

Just had my battery checked and replaced at AutoZone on Blanco near Bitters. Collin helped me and di a fantastic job! Very polite and quick! Thank you Collin and AutoZone!

I'm not a car guy but I knew I needed a new battery right away. In less than 12 minutes, they found the right battery and installed it for me while hauling my dead one away.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.

Oh and they did this all first thing in the morning.

Colin M. was a great help. He picked out the battery and installed it quickly. I had 4 kids in the car so I asked them to help me out. I would consider parking in the shade if you're going to ask them to help.

Went in to purchase a 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic oil. I was on a crutch and a walking boot on one of my feet. Employee told me to put it down and brought it to the counter to pay and then loaded it in my truck. Great customer service. Thanks again.

My mom and I had just left Jiffy Lube (Fredericksburg Rd) after receiving a failed inspection for “chipped” brake pads. We decided to stop by Auto Zine to get some insight on this and hopefully some advice. Rudy was the first employee we saw and he greeted us immediately. We gave him our story and he offered to take a look. Come to find out he used to do state inspections back in the day. He looked the vehicle over and told us he didn’t see any reason for the vehicle not passing inspection. He then pointed us down the road to Take5 to get it reinspected. We did that and passed with no issues.

Rudy was eager to help, knowledgeable, and very professional. This Auto Zone location will now be my first choice for all my automotive needs. Thanks Rudy!

The stroke staff was amazing and went out of their way to help me. Another autozone by wurzbach and i-10 did the opposite the previous day and said my car battery was perfect when in fact it wasn’t and I lost 2 days of work. The one here on bitters/blanco really helped and checked. They were able to fix the problem. I appreciate their work and great service.
