The best outlet of Burlington I have been to. Items are neatly arranged, affordable, wide variety of items and amazing selection.
The seasonal decor is best here at great prices. The lines are always long for billing, may be they can improve on that.

Lot of apparel. Many brands. Have to patiently search for what you want. Unorganised. Budget friendly. Clearance sales because of holiday season.

Burlington is located at Grapevine Mills, and it has vast options for all home requirements and clothing and shoes.

It has a great option for this winter season. Also, very good options for shoes and upcoming Christmas decorations.

I have visited the place with my colleagues and done shopping with them.

Price is really decent, not expensive, and worth the money you spend.

A very huge branch for Burlington, it feels like a football playing field..many sections are here and countless of options.

What a store !! Uff …literally you can find anything everything!! This is my first time visiting ..i fell in love with the products..but the billing line was huge ..it took me 45 mins..may be there will be less line if you go on weekdays!! Make sure your tummy is full so that you can shop until you fall 😜

On Black Friday, obviously the busiest shopping day of the year, I visited this store and what made my LONG wait worth it was the patience and understanding of my cashier. Her name was Victoria and she was at Register #1. I had just a few items but I needed all of them to be rung up separately so that I was able to get gift receipts. Normally, in instances where there is a long line behind me, I, myself, am anxious to get out of others way but something about her energy made me feel just fine. I am very glad that she was the one to wrap up my Black Friday shopping experience that very evening.

I like to shop here you always find good deals we just went to walk and ended up buying some clothes for my kiddos and shoes. Right now it's not much of an inventory they need to restock but it's pretty much like other stores everything was gone for the holidays so it's always full but since it's pretty big it doesn't really looks like except went you get to the check out lines that's a pretty long wait but worth the deals.

These five stars are for the amazing customer service that SELINA provided on the afternoon of 6/19/21 .. !! We had to replace car seats and having three small children it is quite a hassle but she made it an easy process despite her supervisor and manager being absolutely incapable of providing the same or better service given their ranking. If anything Selina should be the manager of the store because she actually knew what was going on she was paying attention to the customers needs and went above and beyond making sure me and my family were able to pack our kids in the car safely as well as all three car seats that come in giant boxes. Supervisor was incredibly snappy as if I was making up a multiples discount (NEEDS BASIC RETAIL TRAINING) had 0 idea what that even meant ... (a previous manager AT THIS LOCATION gave us a multiples discount when we first got our car seats for our twins that’s why we decided to make the long trip out here again) & the manager bless his heart was absolutely clueless. Burlington I suggest you take into consideration the kind of people you’re hiring to provide an enjoyable experience in your stores.. because this was not it ... Selina saved the day. Also I asked them to please pull up the receipt from when I first purchased the car seats and they told me that they couldn’t because the system doesn’t store information from more than seven months ago so what is the point of me even giving you my phone number for receipts and returns and purchases is your computer doesn’t store that information so that you can spam me?? Yeah I don’t think so.
