New Balance

Wow, such a great shopping experience here!! Mr. Jeff started off by taking my foot measurements. He was charismatic, witty and showed me the great shoe selection for women’s running shoes. Jerry did such a great job at making sure I was OK my shoe size and shoe fit. Clint greeted us with a great smile made sure we were doing OK and even showed me different colors in the shoe I was interested in- which was a very great selection. Kai did such a great job at returning the many shoes I tried on very quietly, made sure, the store was nice and neat. My overall experience was great it’s hard to get good customer service nowadays especially with the pandemic and inflation etc.. It was totally refreshing to just go somewhere with genuine people - providing outstanding customer service-and these shoes are amazing!!! Kudos to this location and the people working there. I usually go to Dick’s Sporting Goods for my running shoes. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem. This will definitely be my new running shoe store 10/10 stars if I could! Thanks Clint, and everyone else who helped me find the perfect fit. I can’t wait to run in these!

This was my first time at a New Balance store, and the floor salesmen Corey was fantastic. Made me feel welcomed, and answered all the questions that i had. He helped me get a fresh fit. Overall, this was a good experience, and because of Corey I will definitely be back

I spent the afternoon returning a few items to multiple stores. I encountered rude & dismissive employees at the other stores. However, I was so impressed with how my return was handled & how I was treated at this New balance store that I had to leave a review.
I was immediately acknowledged even though there were other customers ahead of me. Store associate "Corey R" handled my return. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, made suggestions for future purchases, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. It was an awesome customer experience (and surprising during the busy holiday season). I will definitely shop at this store for future purchases!

Friendly staff who are all very knowledgeable in running. My son (11 y/o and size 6 shoe) has a very wide toe box so we were able to find the right pair here. We were referred from the Fleet Feet store!

Howard is if an angel and a man coexisted in one being. He is a wonderful man and an even better salesman. His knowledge on new balance inventory is nothing short of exemplary. My boyfriend almost forgot the offwhites he wore into the store out of excitement for his brand new 610s.

HOWARD !! I will literally only return to this store for him. His customer service is impeccable! He brought out plenty of options, although the children’s line is sparse, and made great recommendations. He was one of the sweetest people we have ever met. If I could give more stars I would.

Howard was AMAZING!!! He took the time to find out ALL the specs on my feet to find the PERFECT pair of sneakers to match my feet and needs. It means a lot to have someone take their time and have so much knowledge about the products to give the right selection so I can be comfortable and happy with my purchase! He made me feel like I mattered and not just another sale!!! Would highly recommend this location!!!

Salesman Corey Russ was very professional and knowledgeable about New Balance footwear. Corey took time to explain the differences of several shoes and helped me to find a perfect pair of shoes. They felt so good. I will definitely come back to this location and hopefully Corey will be there to assist me again.

Unbelievable customer service. I honestly haven’t had a store or company go to the lengths this new balance location will go to satisfy a customer and correct errors which are frankly outside of the store’s control. Very refreshing and a fantastic shopping experience. I am very happy with my purchase.

The service here is unparalleled! I walked in to purchase my first pair of New Balances today, and Clint was the one to assist me. He patiently answered my questions about the different models and price points, and even shared the rich history of a particular New Balance shoe with me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest about the advantages of each shoe I was debating on. I left with a pair that I absolutely love (the 990GL6s)! Clint and Miguel were literally the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life. I just got some new shoes for college and they helped me with the college discount and I don’t normally ever do stuff like this but I HAD to after working with them. Please give them a humongous raise please please please 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I’ll literally only come back for them

Sunday 11/6 went to New Balance for walking shoes. James was helping me. Took a measurement of my feet and arch. I end up buying the 990 and told him I would put them to test Monday. I walked 1.5 miles, the shoes felt great.

Went because I needed new shoes. The sales associate was beyond helpful and helped me figure out what shoe is best for my foot arch. Thanks to him I feel at peace every time I’m at work. I no longer feel pain after walking for 8 hours. The shoes did the job. 10/10

Stopped in for a somewhat odd request and was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding customer service experience. Definitely returning for my next shoe fit and purchase!

Wonderful service. Came in and an employee immediately came up to me and asked what kind of shoes I want and in what color, measured my feet and brought out several different sizes and styles. He gave me advice about what shoes can be used for what activities, helped me weigh the pros and cons of each shoe I was considering. Exactly the kind of service I needed. Well done. Also I have big feet, and the fact that they carry ladies' 12s and Wide/Extra-Wide sizes makes me respect them all the more

Miguel was awesome - he helped me find the right size for my feet, and provided excellent service. Really glad I decided to drop in. I am better informed about my proper size, the best kinds of shoes for my feet, and I had a really pleasant experience!

Thankfully I took the chance of going inside because I found the perfect fit of running and walking shoes. They had other styles of shoes I didn't find online that made for and additional walking/hiking addition. Sorry, but my old sketchers were long gone and my feet thank me for upgrading to the new balances.
