Drove clear across town to get this chain. In and out in less than 10 min. Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff.

I have patronized several Home Depot stores in thr greater Houston area. This Home Depot on Broadway in Pearland is one of the best.

The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. The Garden Center is my favorite department.

The store is well staffed with friendly associates. I had a pleasant shopping experience.

Great location. I've been there every day this week for more home improvement supplies. Staff are very helpful. It does experience what every Home Depot goes through in that it can be hard to find assistance from time to time. But only because the staff are helping customers from start to end of their work day. Thanks for the awesome store and customer service.

I believe that excellent service should be acknowledged. In this case I called the store concerning an issue that I had returning an online purchase. Several times I tried returning the item and I was rudely rejected by store employees including a female assistant manager who didn't make any type of honest effort to try and resolve the issue.
Eventually, I finally got a chance to speak with Kevin the store manager. Kevin after hearing what negative experiences I had dealt with trying to make this return, he physically checked the order number and told me that there was a fifteen percent chance that he might be able to make the return possible. I told him that his fifteen percent is better than the zero effort that the other associates had done.
I went to the store as he directed me and he was able to process the return successfully.
I very much appreciate his efforts and I wish that all of the store's employees would follow his example.

I had an issue with a return/warranty and had been getting somewhat of a run around from the allstate warranty company. I was able to get some of the receipt information from home depot corporate but allstate continued to give me the run around. I discussed the issue with the manager at the pearland location, Jimmie, and he was able to help me reach a fair solution. He was very patient and understanding and it was apparent he was focused on customer satisfaction. A somewhat frustrating experience was handled very calmy and professionally.

Thank you, Regena, Home Depot Design Specialist, for excellent ideas and solutions to our bathroom vanity problem! We were able to get exactly what we want without spending a ton of money to have a cabinet maker customize the vanity. Also, big thanks to Chris for being super friendly and cool in gathering the materials we needed! Lowe’s is closer to us but Home Depot is much better!

Looking for Liquid fertilizer and 2 staff people ask if they could help. I explained my search and each started to look up the brand and what did. Both were good guys and later , I guess a Supervisor came by and ask if he could help. He was dress up. I found something I could use and thank them. WOW great service. Garry

Excellent Customer Service! I visit here twice a week or more. I purchased wood to build my garden. Several employees went beyond their call to make sure I had all the right items for my raised bed/garden. Thank you David and the other employees that helped cut wood to the exact size I needed.

For all your home improvement needs. I particular like the guys in the paint department. They are on top of it and really helpful!

Needed a couple of things from here today. Ran into Byron who's customer service needs to be acknowledged. He was very friendly and helpful. I don't visit the store often, so I don't know what an average visit here is like, but today's visit was five stars. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it barely took five minutes to get what was needed, check out and leave. I expected there to be a wait because the cashiers were having a conversation amongst themselves, but, unlike other places I have visited, they put customer service first, stopping their conversation until after I had checked out.

Big thanks to the paint department. Alex I belive was his name. Very good customer service 👏 . Called yesterday for some hard to find in store turbo cans and this man went above beyond to find them for me before I made the trip out here from Houston 30 miles or so. Thanks again sir

Very large selection of plants, flowers, potting soil, Corn plants...I was in Spring time heaven! I had a really nice male employee that helped me find everything too! Great customer service and selection.

My favorite home Depot in the world great staff that is knowledgeable about the products and really helpful I've been to other home Depots and the staff are lazy and never ask if I needed help loading my lumber or concrete bags but the Alvin Texas store goes beyond that...
