I am glad we chose Ernie Smith and Sons Roofing to take care of my mother’s 30 year old roof. The new roof looks great and she has already received several compliments from neighbors. I wish to say that I am very impressed with Ernie Smith & Sons Roofing Company. Very professional and a job well done. The crew men worked hard on the job in the hot sun. I found it impressive of how they care for their employees as one of the female crew-members was in charge of making sure the men on the roof kept well hydrated by providing them with water from an ice cooler. Also, I was very impressed with Marcos Perez, as he came out to check the roof the day after to make sure that everything was correct. His communication with me and explaining everything to me was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend Ernie Smith & Sons Roofing Company to anybody looking to get there for roof replaced.

I was nervous about contacting a company, but they were very friendly, understanding, professional, and made sure that every step was explained, and that everything was completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Zachary Holm came out and bid a fix to our leaking roof. Even moved us up the schedule to avoid a rainstorm. When the crew came out and got on the roof they discovered a fix that would cost much less, and Zach discussed it with me. I decided to go with their recommendation, saving a lot of money. Many thanks to Zach and Luis. Not many companies would pass up the opportunity for more money! Ernie Smith and sons are great!

Derek and Marcus were awesome in the full replacement of my roof and several rotten fascia board and gutter. I highly recommend and give highest marks to this team and the company.

I am very pleased that I chose Ernie Smith and Sons for my roof replacement!! Wonderful experience! Adam was amazing to work with! He was so helpful in assisting us in making our insurance claim and spent time calling/giving info to insurance that helped our case. Our claim was initially denied but after a couple months of back and forth we got a roof for the cost of the deductible. Our roof (1,700 sq ft home) was replaced in one day…hard working team. It looks great! So happy!! Would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Miguel Rocha and his crew, Rosember, were fantastic to work with. Not only were they knowledgeable but above all they were very courteous while I was overseeing their work and installation. Any questions or suggestions I had were handled with sincere professionalism. They went above and beyond to work with me making sure I was satisfied with the completed outcome since this was a warranty replacement issue from not only defective shingles but also the certified roofing company which the manufacturer rep referred us to the first time did not install the proper already bought materials supporting this type of roofing system. After calling the President of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas I found Ernie Smith & Sons Roofing. Carl promptly came out to access the situation and worked with us up to the final completion.

Stellar company and employees! Starting with Matthew and Diana Flores. Then Luis (Production Manager) and of course the whole crew. Everyone deserves 5 stars. They went above and beyond expectations. We have a pool and they completely covered it so no debris would end up in it. Very highly recommend Ernie Smith & Sons.

Very impressed. Emiliano, my tech, actually arrived early to do my repairs. Miguel Rocha was awesome. Kept me informed before and during the project. He even called me after the project was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was completed. Definitely recommend ESS roofing. I'm going to call them in the future when I decide to replace my roof. Also the cost was very fair.

Just recently had a new roof put on by Ernie Smith & Sons. They gave me a great price, and were easy to schedule with. Miguel Rocha Jr and the Rosember crew, made quick work of the project - getting the roof on in a day and having the area cleaned up of all debris. The new roof looks great.

JW was amazing, honest, spent his time explaining and knowledgeable . We had a bit of an issue with a different department in the company but he went above and beyond to make it right . Driving a hour out of his way, each way, on a Saturday. No company is perfect, so to me I am more concerned how they handle mistakes . And they were phenomenal! Stand up company. You don’t find honest people like this anymore . I will absolutely hire them again !

I had a great experience with Ernie & Sons Roofing. I appreciate that they are an established business with over 35 years of service in our community. Nick Smith, my sales representative, was very upfront about costs and what to expect. He communicated with my insurance company directly. The Project Manager, Marcus Perez, showed up on the day and time promised. He made sure that every thing was completed on the day of the project and that everything was cleaned up before they left. He returned the next day to take pictures and to make sure everything was ok. I was very pleased with Ernie and Sons roofing and highly recommend them.

LOVE this company. They are quick, efficient, and do exceptional work.

Monique was my point of contact and helped tremendously in getting the ball rolling. I really appreciate her explaining everything in a way I could understand. Special shout out to the office lady Teri. She has the patience of a saint and explained to me the financial aspects (insurance payouts and bill itemizations). This was a very intimidating process for me and she made it much easier to understand.

I will be a returning customer. I plan on getting gutters installed in the future. I’m proud of my pretty hunter green roof. Thank y’all so much!

JW and Adam Shubert have both helped me out tremendously! They both helped me get a roof inspection for a client of mine with just a days notice and gave fair quotes! I have worked with a lot of roofers before and have gotten ridiculously high quotes for small repairs. They both took the time to explain what each repair was for and the reasoning for the pricing. Definitely a company you can trust and rely on. Recommend to anyone look for any roofing needs!
