As soon as you walk in the door, the atmosphere is warm & welcoming. The girls working are always so helpful, & there is always a huge selection of Lilly product. This store is my favorite retail store to shop at, not only because of the amazing product, but also because of the people, atmosphere & positive vibes. Shopping local with Palm Avenue Greensboro is the best! Thank you!

This is a great place to shop for anyone who loves Lilly Pulitzer and other brands like Draper James and Barbour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has a great selection of products and is always sharing fun new items on social media. I enjoy shopping at the store and always feel welcome when I’m there.

I always go to the Palm Avenue Store when, I’m heading to Greenville to see my son in College at ECU. I always love how they have tons of Lilly Pulitzer clothing to choose from. I usually will pick up a few outfits. Since I only get to come by once a month...:(...The store employees are so top notch and helpful. They have multiple sizes to choose from, so that’s always great! I highly recommend the Palm Avenue Store!

I love shopping at Palm Avenue. Its practically the only reason I go to Greensboro. The selection is always great and you won't find a friendlier staff. I have visited many Lilly stores and this one is still my favorite.

Young ladies are INCREDIBLE! So much caring and patience.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Palm Avenue on 1/3/13. I've been a customer in the past but I'll never go back. I purchased a dress on sale that had deodorant marks all over it. I mentioned this before trying it on assuming the salesperson would clean it. She did not. So I tried it on and decided I would buy it but asked if they'd remove the marks. The response I got was that I should clean it with baby wipes. I don't have baby wipes and I'm not buying baby wipes just to clean their dirty dress. I was then told that it was on sale so they wouldn't clean it! I clarified their position that because it was on sale it's ok to sell something dirty. Wow! And my purchase that day was around $200. Won't be back.

Just drove half way across town, trying to do some early Christmas shopping. Drive up and its closed at 615 last night 11-12-19 not sure if that's the norm or not. But probably wont make the trip back.

This experience was not-so-great for me. The manner in which they greet you is that of a "what are "YOU" doing here?" greeting. They are not friendly or inviting, to say the least. They constantly made sly comments to each other about me as though I'm not intelligent enough to realize they are actually talking about me. The other customers present at that time were receiving top notch customer service. I was being ignored as though I was not present. To echo the other review, yes you are better off shopping at Belk for your Lily Pulitzer.

They act as if I am doing them a disservice by coming in and purchasing merchandise. There are no smiles, I have to say hello first which shouldn't be the case as I am the customer. They can't be bothered with any sorts of questions. Still purchased some merchandise because they are the only southern tide and vineyard vines retailer in Greensboro.
