Walmart Supercenter

I have no complaints about Jacksonville Walmart. The staff has always been friendly and the store is always clean & stocked. I also enjoy Jacksonville's Walmart because it isn't as large as some and that makes it a lot easier for the quick in & out trips.

Items were easy to find. Cashier was courteous and helpful, it was an excellent experience.

The vision center staff are absolutely 💯 amazing! Their customer service is always above and beyond what they have to do! Recommend them 💯 %¡

Love my Jacksonville Walmart!
They have revamped the check-out equipment to include the ability to receive your receipt via text message if you want!!! This is a big deal for me as I have never been good with saving receipts, especially for a long time. Now, I have them electronicly!!

It's a good place to go. The people that work there was very nice.

I'm going to cut them a break because I worked at Wal-Mart. Sometimes they're great and sometimes not so much. It's Walmart!

Except for the soaring prices, which we experience everywhere, this last visit was pleasant and actually fun. I accompanied my niece and her husband and around 9 pm the crowds of shoppers was light.

Feels weird to review a Walmart. I’ve always had a good experience here. If you need more options, there is a larger Walmart 6 minutes down the road in Anniston.

I was in the store a few minutes ago. I scanned a clearance tag on a patio chair and table set. It scanned in at a lower price than what was on the box. It was on sale. When I got to the self check out I scanned it and it said item not found. A woman came over and scanned the regular bar code. It was 74 dollars. I showed her where I scanned the clearance bar code with my phone it was 38. She said it was because it was a different color than what was on sale. We asked for a manager. A very nice manager named Jason came and helped us. He let us have it for the price that my phone scanned. We appreciated him being so helpful.

I like Walmart because I can almost always find what I need

No one can go a week without going to Walmart. They have 100 percent of people buying from them.

My favorite Wal-Mart. Only 2 things I dislike. 1. Their out stuff I go for a good bit.
2. They need a bigger section for cats. They don't have much for cats other than food and litter.

It's Walmart.... It's like any other Walmart. Nothing special!

It has everything which makes it nice. They do have some handicap carts. They need more like I had a total knee replacement and I can walk just not that long but they had none. Please get more and have on both ends of store. Great , friendly staff. Great selection..

A lady by the name Miranda helped us tremendously with our purchase. She actually took time and explained and helped us. That's more than most stores help you with. She knows her stuff for sure and was very friendly. I feel she needs to be acknowledged.

I needed help finding some school supplies of Pacific kinds and this nice lady help me I wish I knew her name but she was very present. I couldn't thank her enough for helping me. And that wasn't even her Department. And the other hand when I went to the jewelry department nobody was found. I asked 4 people to help me because I wanted to get a watch for my husband. And some lady that was putting stuff on the Shelf had a key to the container that I needed and she helped me and that was very nice after 25 minutes. Thank you so much to the both ladies.

The sales person/cashier was very courteous. I was looking for a phone that I seen online in the Wal-Mart app. I viewed the info wrong and it was not available in store. The sales lady was kind enough to stop what she was doing and help me. She even showed me how to use the app more efficiently. So now I am able to know how to find items that are in stock in the store, what store, and/Or online. **Thanks Wal-Mart employee. (Sales lady. African American, middle age, worked on Saturday, October 23rd around noon in Jacksonville Alabama in Electronics. You was awesome

As a disabled shopper I think their pickup service is great. Every time I have used this service the employees are the best even in bad weather. Nico, my customer service specialist, was very courteous and took very good care of my purchases
