This store has the best service I have ever received in my entire life! Had a weird problem with some websites I went too and Patrick fixed it and deserves a raise or to be promoted at the very least!

Just bought a new phone from the Jacksonville location. Dylan assisted me for both of my visits. He was very helpful and full of information when I needed help choosing a new phone. He was also willing to work around my schedule and notified me when my phone was shipped. Then he set the whole device up. Usually the service sucks at these places but I’ll definitely but coming there more for any issues.

This is the best AT&T store I've ever been to.

Matt and Evan took care of us with the utmost care and made signing up for new service a breeze. All of the questions we had were resolved with detailed, comprehensive, yet easily understood answers and we left fully understanding what to expect and very excited! Buying expensive, very technical things should always be this much fun and easy to do.

The Jacksonville AT&T store was highly recommended to me by my friends & family and it more than lived up to all the hype.

As soon as I walked In the door, Cody was helpful and understanding of what I wanted and offered me options for WiFi/ Cable. Him and Marc were so awesome that I switched my mobile phone over that day as well. Glad to be an AT&T customer again! Great service, even better people! Love Jacksonville already!

Miki & John helped me with a new phone I'd just gotten & even helped me send my old phone back to at&t. I had to go back to store for more help & it were the two of them there again & helped me with the BEST attitudes & allowed me to leave feeling (& knowing) I could come back for more help if needed. They are a great example of what customer service is supposed to be like~ thank you so much for your help & wonderful attitudes!

Caleb was very helpful and professional. Took him no time to help me at the Jacksonville, Alabama store. Phone problems are usually stressful to me and he made it easy and fast. I appreciate his help! Very pleased with the service.

I love this store! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially John. You should make him employee of the month, his service was amazing and he really helped me since i'm so indecisive lol. Great experience 10/10

I came in today to switch to an iPhone. I am not technology savvy so I needed EXTRA help. Johnnie Neal was the guy who helped me and I couldn't be more thankful. He was very knowledgable and also found me the best savings possible for me and my family. Very satisfied!
