Very helpful staff. I always hear people bashing service received from "the younger croud" however the group of teens working here is phenomenal. Great service even when they are during peak times. Service isn't compromised for efficiency as they seem to address both very well. Goof job.

I can personally say that the one on South Side Parkersburg does have one of the best customer service on top of them being extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Smaller store but decent selection. Staff is extremely helpful and love to discuss all things gaming. Used game selection for PS4 and Xbox is great, SWITCH and PS5 is limited.

The staff are friendly, the place is clean and the selection is decent for being a small store. Kudos to the manager who has remembered my name despite me being here twice over a month long period. Would definitely recommend.

The 2 gentleman working there today 12/2/22 417pm are so amazing the young man that helped me was so great and fixed what was a horrible experience because of him ill return for business but if it had been like the online store i would not have i was ready to never spend another dime at G.S. but he saved them and thank u to the other young man who remembered me calling in and understood were the problem was a big thank u to both of u....

If you do the secret handshake with staff as soon as you are greeted you may receive a discount. It doesn't work every time, but sometimes it doesn't not work. Unusually.

Small store, but had an abundance of games for all modern consoles. Also carries game related merchandise. Overall it's a great GameStop.

This GameStop is compatible with all other GameStop's large variety of options customer service was great short time to check out staff was very friendly and helpful looking inside the mall so there's plenty to do other than just GameStop when you stop for this location

This particular GameStop is small in terms of space, but the selection is great. The manager there is a genuinely nice guy and the rest of the staff are cool, too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I went in to buy a copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch and found a used copy at a good price.
