The employees at this Home Depot are by far the friendliest and most courteous people you will find in a retail setting. They definitely go the extra mile to help you. This will be my go to store now instead of the other one I was buying from! Buy your paint at Home Depot. The employees in this department are phenomenal and you don't have to hunt them down to get service.

Always have a manned check out. Prices are very competitive. The staff here is the best. Quick to help with loading and very friendly. Special order items are usually available in just a few days.

Really like dealing with them over there competitors. Better prices and better people to deal with all around.

Eric Fields did my vinyl plank installation. He did AMAZING. Completely exceeded my expectations! Paid attention to detail, made sure everything was precise, and asked me to be sure what he was doing is what I wanted. Excellent communication, excellent installer, 10/10 will be requesting and recommending him for future projects!

Definitely the better of the 2 big box hardware stores. If you want great customer service shop at The Home Depot!!

Home Depot has always been my last spot to go but not anymore.... Seems like I can get help quicker than the other competitors. At least they point you in the right direction. Good stuff here....

I think the employees at Home Depot are trained to be helpful. They always seem to be able to find the answers to my questions, even if they don't know themselves. So nice to be greeted and to know that help is always nearby.

After a bad experience trying to buy a lawn mower from Lowes .... Finally made my purchase from home Depot and the whole experience was easy and had it delivered and the delivery guy (chip) was fantastic and made sure my new mower was correct and it ran like it should.... Home Depot has won my business for my larger purchases for now on ...thank you for your outstanding customer service.

There's always polite workers with wood eager to help.

I was greeted as I walked into the garden center by a very friendly cashier. I found what I needed and was able to get in and out quickly.

Today, 4/8/2023, I purchased a new gas cook stove. My sales person was Jon Smith, Appliance Specialist, he was very interested in my needs, and and went out of his way to find the exact product I was asking for. He checked availability of the stove and said it could be delivered in a week. That is a "good" salesperson. Thanks, Jon

I had to drive a hour from Athens Ohio to buy a grill at Home Depot, and man I am glad I did. Just love my new grill

Love this store. Good quality product and staff. Please consider building one on the south side of Parkersburg.

I had to drive here to get some lumber for my job. We live about two hours away in Ohio. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff was, how clean the store was, the price of the product. Overall it was a phenomenal experience. Definitely different from anything we get here in central Ohio. Everybody was extremely helpful.

Truck driver: they unload between the times of 20:00-21:00 (at least that was my scheduled time) but they unload quick and and on time
