Michael Lopez went above and beyond to do his job. Really greatly appreciate his service and the Winn Dixie employees who go above and beyond to please their customers.

Clean, organized, good prices and deals. Easy in and out of the parking lot. As far as local retailers go, on average, the prices seem to run slightly higher than Walmart (although some deals are better) and overall less than Publix. Staff was exceptionally nice. You'll need to sign up for a member card to get the weekly deals.

This specific location is usually very efficient; great place to stop in for groceries!
They maintain a consistently good inventory and have very competitive prices.
I signed up for my Winn-Dixie card and have saved even more money. They also have fabulous BOGO items!

The produce was beautiful. I found pineapples two for one that was spectacularly ripe and flavorful. Fresh lettuces, and while I walked out with about five times more groceries than I had expected to walk out with, it was because the store looked great and the products looked even better. I also appreciated the individual who helped me check out because I had never activated my app on my phone, which I thought I had done long before.

Still, she helped walk me through it, we got it done, and I could save money, and I appreciate that extra effort! I have also to say that I buy a pie every week, maybe two pies every week. That might be a tad overboard for a household of two. Still, I find the bakery pies made by Winn-Dixie selling for 3.99 or 4.99, 8-inches diameter have such a nice crust and not sweetened Or thickened unnaturally.

I find the fruit to be fresh and worth going out of my way to purchase. One last thing I want to do - thank the extraordinary ladies behind the deli counter. They never give up.

I needed a sandwich sliced deli fresh chicken breast. It’s not an item sold often, but it is in the deli case. When I did not see it in the case, I asked for it. Even though the individual I was working with was not familiar with the product, she went and found someone familiar with the product. She did a great job of taking care of me and even found a new variety of deli chicken that I wasn’t aware of; it is delicious. It’s also three dollars less a pound than some of the other premium varieties, so I appreciate that as well. Well done, Winn-Dixie!

Easy shopping and had everything on my grocery list and the cashier Jennifer at Cahaba Heights store was friendly and helped to get the groceries out of the basket put the bagged ones back in.
Also Ray is so good taking groceries to car and placing them where they don't spill out of the bags

Been a regular customer since the store opened. It fits my budget better than the competition. It's by far my favorite grocery store. The employees know me by name. They are special people. The Winn Dixie app gives me additional savings. Helps me earn extra reward points. That I can save up and spend on groceries or gas later.

The manager and staff are amazing. During the crisis they have stepped up and helped everyone. I can see how hard they are working. The managers looked exhausted because they are fully committed to keep the store stocked. I want them to know that I appreciate everything they do. The entire staff is amazing.

I walked in and asked a question to the nice lady in the produce dept (Angel) and I was delighted with her sweet up beat spirit in which she anserered in. I then proceed to checkout and the Ashlee called me over to the service counter to check me out.

I've shopped this store for years, so I thought it high time I shared my experience with you.

First, the staff, from the managers to the cashiers to the butchers to the stockers, are polite, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I think there must be some requirement to work there. EVERY one has a smile, and a "thank you", and if I've used a card or written a check, they say, "Thank you Mrs. Branson." Personable and courteous.

Their sushi bar features FRESH sushi every day, and their deli has the most delicious Southern cuisine for lunch and supper. Produce is rotated and always fresh and beautiful. There is a huge variety, and seldom have I EVER not found what I was looking for.

Even the parking lot is laid out to be convenient, but is kept immaculate (as is the store itself). When I leave the store, I feel like I've visited my neighbor.

Just like any other store, there are good days and bad days. Today -Friday, Nov. 22 - was an exceptionally good day. The lady in the seafood department, January, went over and beyond in helping me with picking out just the right shrimp for my gumbo. Mya, another employee, noticed that I was looking for something and stopped what she was doing to come over and help me. Both if these ladies should be commended. Grocery shopping is a chore at best, but they made my experience today so much better.

Great place i work there . Love my Winn Dixie. Come in found all your grocery needs. Do not forget to put the app on your phone. If you do not have a rewards card come in and sign up for one.

Originally, I I began coming here for to the fact that you can conveniently get cashback in amounts ranging from 50¢ all the way up to $100. However, I soon discovered that they also offer the most delicious and decadent parfaits, which come in all sorts of extremely yummy variations.

Great selection, clean store and very well organized. Handicapped accessable with easy loading. Easy access for parking just a lot of road work in front of the store but this isn't anything the store has control over.

Good variety for a Winn-Dixie, reasonable prices with daily deals and specials, and employees are usually friendly. Their bakery is excellent-- I've never been disappointed with anything from there, especially their bread and desserts.

The other supermarket off Overton. Between Publix and this store you are covered for groceries. They have good sales to watch out for.

Ok, so I’m a Publix and Wal-Mart grocery shopper, due to the proximity to my house. It’s been a couple of months since I shopped here, but I rushed in looking for a quick dinner idea- only to find a “home”-cooked meal of baked chicken, meatloaf, Pinto beans, greens, and sweet cornbread waiting for me. The employee who helped me guaranteed that I would like it and I took it home to my wife. She’s picky,but said that this was a terrific meal and that “someone there knows how to season food!”

I like the people that work there, very helpful. Saved up some points on the rewards program got $21 groceries free.
Yay!!

The place is clean and well stocked with quite a variety of merchandise reasonably priced. Also, the staff is extremely friendly. Kind of needed that after the day that I had been having.
