I've tried and failed numerous diet and exercise programs over the years. Plain and simple: if you're willing to work hard, you will succeed at Squad Fitness. It's the place to be to lose weight and feel great! I was initially hesitant; the first workout was tougher than I expected, but I'm glad that I pushed myself to continue. In only 6 weeks, I've lost 21 pounds and have a lot more energy. Key factors that make the difference at Squad are accountability, convenience, and fantastic trainers. All of the coaches (Austin, Ben, Cali & Rock) are very encouraging and helpful, and I enjoyed the group approach and efficiency of the planned workouts. I've really never liked exercising, but I've honestly missed going to Squad this past week. I will be joining to continue my progress as a member.

This challenge has been such a great experience! Over the past 6 weeks I lost 20.8 pounds and hope to continue losing more!! One of the things I love best about Squad fitness is the amazing and encouraging coaches (Rock, Ben, and Cali). I had been telling myself for years that I was going to get back in shape and lose some weight but never really got the motivation to get up and do anything. These coaches along with all of the other amazing challengers and members at squad fitness really give you the accountability and encouragement that you need to succeed and becoming a happier and healthier you! I would definitely recommend this challenge to anyone. It has changed my life for the better

This has been one of the best, most rewarding experiences of my life. I will forever be greatful. After having my 3rd child in 5 years I had let myself go, I did not feel good about myself and had packed on the pounds. After completing the Drop 20 Challenge I feel great. The whole program is amazing. The trainers are wonderful, each of them pushing you to give it your all and achieve your maximum potential. They strive to personally know you and are a positive influence all the way through the challenge. I was skeptical of the challenge before I started, thinking how on earth can they expect to get someone to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks, for FREE! But I am a believe, and a testimony to the process. I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks and not only have I dropped the weight, but they have shown me how to workout properly, make smarter choices, and completely change my lifestyle. I feel great and I highly recommend Squad Fitness and the Drop 20 Challenge to anyone and everyone. I love it so much I am now a member and can't wait to continue my journey!

I completed my six week 20 lb challenge with Squad Fitness Trussville. They paired an interval style training program with a healthy diet program to kick start my weight loss journey. Coaches Rock, Ben, and Cali were there to push and encourage me the whole time. The workouts really pushed me to my limit but I dug deep to finish each one. I gained strength and confidence as I completed each new workout challenge. I am thrilled with the results I have seen in just six weeks and plan on continuing to work out at Squad fitness. I look better and feel better. Just check out my before and after pictures. I would highly recommend them to help you with your fitness goals.

I recently took the drop 20lbs in 6 weeks challenge at Squad Fitness gym in Trussville. It Works!! I lost 23 lbs. during the challenge. It has been a great experience. I was a little nervous to commit to such a strict challenge, but glad I did. It has been life changing and I feel so much better. The workouts are not boring and constantly challenging you to push yourself. Thank you to the amazing coaches, Rock Brown, Cali Littleton and Ben Angle for motivating and pushing me. They are there with you during the whole workout to support you. You guys are awesome. I highly recommend this challenge. It Works!

Squad Fitness is an amazing place. The daily workouts are always varied so that you do not get bored. The workouts are challenging but fun. The coaches are encouraging and energetic, they are people you would love to be around. The atmosphere at Squad Fitness Trussville is inviting and a place that you would love to continue to become a greater you. The Squad Fitness Challenge was the best decision I have ever made for a fitness goal. After having my youngest daughter 8 years ago I had some weight that I was desperately trying to lose. I can truly say that I have tried many things but Squad has given me the best results. It is made up of interval training, which is the best, along with a great group of people to push you to do your best. The trainers Ben,Rock and Cali are truly amazing. You can tell they love their job. During your workout, they smile the whole time. They are very knowledgeable and encourages you to push harder than you ever thought you could. What a great feeling!

Doing the Camp Challenge has been the best thing I've done for myself. Not only have I lost 22 pounds but I feel so much stronger and healthier. I love the atmosphere and can't say enough about the coaches. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have made it to where I am. They push you to do your best and are always encouraging. If you want to make a change in your life this is the gym for you. Since doing the Challenge I've joined the gym and am excited to see where it's going to take me.

I have never really had a fitness routine or ever really been committed to exercising. But through the encouragement of some amazing Squad Fitness trainers(Rock, Brandon and Cali) I was able to push myself to accomplish activities I never dreamed I could do. I feel amazing, down 22 lbs and much healthier because of their guidance and support. I have more energy to get me through my days and not only have I lost the weight but I am much stronger and leaner which will definitely benefit me as far as my health is concerned. I could not have done it without squad fitness and there 6 week challenge. If you are looking for a way to get out of a fitness rut I suggest going to squad fitness and asking them about the camp challenge. You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend this challenge to any and everyone! It has changed my life and how I truly feel about myself.

I started this Drop 20 Challenge before my senior trip on a seven day cruise. The trainers made the exercises fun and doable. They made the meal plans very simple and easy to follow. The diet was a little difficult but the trainers kept me motivated. You will really notice the weight falling off shortly into the challenge. When you do start the challenge, not only will you be encouraged by the coaches but also others who are taking the challenge will encourage you to work hard and finish strong. I ended up losing 28 pounds and highly encourage anyone who wants to lose weight to do this challenge.

Squad Fitness is an amazing gym. The trainers are all knowledgeable and so insanely supportive and fun! They make working out (especially at 530am) manageable and not as miserable for this night owl. They offer the 6 Week Challenge and it has made such a difference for me. I lost 17 pounds in 6 weeks and I am so much more fit now. I can do exercises I never thought I would be able to. This program helps you get healthier by exercise and a healthy eating plan. It has helped me remember what I need to do on a daily basis to keep my health in good standings. The Drop 20 Challenge has so many different layers. It is not a fancy gym with tanning beds. There are no bells and whistles because you don't need any. What you get is an authentic experience that does exactly what it says, Drop 20 pounds! This program in Trussville is run by three trainers who bring it everyday. They create the workouts that truly challenge your body and then your mind. You realize going through this process that you have to get honest with yourself.
The first week is tough. You do things you never thought you could do. The trainers will modify your exercises to your fitness levels and never make you feel like you are failing but guide you with nothing but love and support. It truly was inspiring to watch all of these guys treat everyone at our own individual level of fitness. When you have that first week weigh in and if you "follow the dang instructions" you will have lost more weight than you would of thought possible and you leave with such confidence that you haven't had in a long time because you are starting to realize if you put in the work it actually WORKS!
The weeks and the weigh ins fly by, with every day you are getting stronger and peeling back the layers of your own personal journey and finding the root cause of why you ended up where you are. You will bond with your fellow challengers. You will talk about food and what is working and you will share your struggles and realize you are not alone. You truly become a Squad.
Squad Fitness is unique and special because of the process. Rock, Cali and Ben know when to push you, they know when to motivate you and they know when to just listen. They make Squad Fitness what it is. Should you invest in your life? Should you do something so out of the box like join a six week challenge that says you will lose 20 pounds if you follow the program? Look at our results. The scale does not lie. If not now, WHEN??

This was absolutely the best decision I have made!!!! I wasn't sure coming into the challenge if I would lose the 20 pounds!!! But six weeks later I'm so happy to say that I'm down 20.2 pounds!!! Thanks to the amazing trainers rock brown and Ben angle for making this experience so much better. The workouts are great and the healthy eating has made me feel so much better!!! I have so much more energy and just feel all together much healthier!the atmosphere is GREAT! Participating in the Squad Fitness Six Week Challenge was hands down one of the best decisions I have made for myself. The entire experience has been great!!! The trainers are wonderful, they motivate you every step of the way, answer any questions you have, and are always there for your support. Even though I did not meet my goal of twenty pounds, I lost weight and inches, and am down one pant size in 6 weeks. I definitely recommend Squad!

Now that the Drop Twenty Challenge(to be accurate it is the Drop 25 Challenge for guys)is officially over I can say without a doubt this is the best short term weight loss/workout plan I have ever been a part of. Six weeks ago I was beginning to wonder if I still had enough drive to ever lose weight again. Six weeks and 29 pounds later I think I answered that. The Squad Fitness coaches Rock, Cali,& Ben were great encouragers the whole way through. They knew how to push just hard enough to get the most out of the challengers at the workouts and they were always available to answer questions about the diet plan. This has truly been a life changing experience for me as I truly see the value in eating a real healthy diet. I would highly recommend Squad Fitness to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Squad Fitness and The Drop 20 Challenge Trussville! The trainers are so encouraging (shoutout to Rock, Cali and Ben) and the group workouts are challenging and fun! Also, the atmosphere is so welcoming and the members are accepting to everyone who walks through the doors. I felt myself getting stronger every week and managed to exceed the goal (down 26 pounds)! I have lost 21 lbs in 6 weeks on the Squad Fitness 6 weeks challenge. On orientation night we had to write our reasons for doing this crazy challenge. My main goal was to do my best to not be a physical liability. I didn't trust my body to do much. I had serious doubts about my physical fitness, which affected my mental fitness.
Thank you Rock Brown, Cali Littlejohn, and Benjamin Angle. These guys are the most amazing trainers. They have been supportive, motivating, and understanding when this 44 year old body had to adapt because of jacked up knees. There is no way I could have done this without all of you!

I just completed the six week challenge and really enjoyed it. I met and exceeded my goal of losing 20 pounds and lost a total of 25! I feel better than I have in a long time. The exercises were challenging, but not over the top. I went from barely being able to walk two laps to actually running them.

I can't say enough good things about the trainers. Rock Brown, Cali Littlejohn and Brandon Clark were awesome. They know how to motivate you to push yourself beyond what you think you can do! The challenge is a great way for anyone that wants to make a positive change in themselves.

Participating in the Drop 20 Challenge has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks, and I feel amazing.

On my first visit, I was so intimidated by the gym and program that I sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes debating on following through. As soon as I stepped inside, all of that went away. I've never felt more welcome amongst group of people. The coaches, members, and participants are all genuinely supportive and encouraging. Everything that is done is for the benefit of the challengers. I thought it would be such a struggle to get to the gym because it's a 30 minute drive. Oh no! I was excited and eager to be there... that's never happened.

I've had memberships at every gym you can think of, done personal training, had an in home trainer once, diet pills, workout videos, everything. This is the only thing that worked and the only program I believe in.

Truly, if you follow the meal plan and put in the effort you WILL see results.

I feel better about myself than I have in a very long time. It's easier to be a great wife and mother when I take some time to love myself. I will be forever grateful to Roman, Rock, Cali, and Ben for all they do. Can't wait to see what's to come!
