Judy Mendez, Manager of the Cerritos South Street AT&T store, was extremely helpful to me in replacing my phone on 3/10/2024. Ms. Mendez is both knowledgeable and caring--a dynamic duo of qualities essential to effective management.

Rosie was the AT&T representative that helped us today. She not only went out of her way to save us MORE $$$! She was patient and kind with the “more elder” customers! She even updated & helped transfer my old IPhone into to the new iPhone! It’s the little things that help me go on with my day! Her great customer assistance made everything such a great visit! Tamara at Cerritos South Street location was very helpful and attentive to our needs. She was knowledgeable and patient throughout. Explained everything in details and stayed with us while we transferred all our data from the old phones to the new phones. Not a single sense of rushing at all. Jose provided excellent customer service.He seemed very knowledgeable and we appreciated him speaking Spanish which helped us out immensely. My family was very impressed by his professionalism and will most definitely come to this location from now on.

customer service was fast and easy the employee Rosie help me out with my transaction and she was fast to answer all my questions. I also want to thank, I think she was the manager there she also help me out hilarie I believe was her name, had a good experience there and I will be going back again.

Nice, patient and efficient. I was having a nightmare trying to buy a IPhone 15 Pro Max and Tamara, cut through all the issues, putting her call center counterpart to shame.

Lastly, give Tamara a raise ASAP. She deserves it!!!

Loved the service. Jose was so helpful and accommodating. He was able to hold the phone I was looking for. Was able to assist with the transferring the information from phone to phone. Would recommend this store over any other location.

Claudia at the Cerritos store was wonderful! I'm an older woman and not very advanced with phones, she took all the time I needed to explain how it works and to transfer to a new phone.
