The employees at this Games Workshop are fantastic. I can not say enough good things about them. They are inviting, informative, friendly and extremely helpful. I have never gone into a Games Workshop where they are so eager to help you learn how to paint or get involved in the community. They went above and beyond to make us feel like we were locals. If we were to move to Cali, one of the reasons would be because of this Games Workshop.

Great prices. Clean location (larger store I might add) Wonderful employees. They are doing it right at this location! Thanks for everything! We will definitely be back when we visit again.

Extremely helpful staff (I think he might have been the owner), helped walk my son through his first Warhammer purchase, without trying to upsell us. Great vibe, people sitting painting, couple of people starting a game, I suspect we'll be back!

My partner and I walked in and was interested in painting a mini or learning how. The store manager greeted us and was welcoming. He already had primed and assembled miniatures ready for painting. He sat down with us and showed us techniques with the paint, brushes, and provided suggestions on how to paint from start to finish. We must of stayed for two hours and both painted a full mini. The whole time people were in the store playing, painting, and having fun. Excellent experience and would recommend.

I miss when the store was in the Glendale Galleria but the staff has made this location great too. They've set up a few tables and a paint station and are well stocked. Very friendly and welcoming.

Payton rules. I don't play Warhammer (yet), but I do buy paints there for models and dice I make. He's always super helpful and enthusiastic about you being there. He offered to teach painting techniques as well as learning to play Warhammer without any kind of strings attached. He walked me through what the different types of paint are for and helped me choose so that I could paint these little skulls. Perfect suggestions and these look awesome.

This is a very nice place to play, work on your models, and purchase your materials and games. The staff here are great, extremely friendly and helpful. I worked on my first model and loved it.

So much to look at, so much to do. You certainly could spend a lot of time here. For a smaller footprint store they certainly have a lot of variety for sale along with places to build, play and do all things Warhammer.

Wanted to hop into Warhammer for the first time after a long time thinking about it. Finally I took the plunge and went down to the Warhammer store. The store itself was a very inviting place and many people were playing the game of Warhammer and even doing some painting.
After some looking around at the vast selection on offer my wife and I found what we were looking for and with some very helpful advice from Payton the manager (who not only took the time to guide us through what we needed and didn't, he was just an all around nice guy). We were on our way.
I am now proud to say I am a happy Warhammer 40k owner.
I would very highly recommend this store to anybody looking to take the plunge into the hobby.

Payton is super friendly and knowledgeable. The store is also well-stocked with items, and offers demos on both running games and painting. All items seem to be sold at MSRP, but if you pick up over $100 of items, you get a free collectible coin that changes every month. My only complaint is the area seems to be infected with a lot of scary drivers, but that seems more like a Glendale thing than a Games Workshop store thing...

One of my most favorite hobby store for warhammer 40k and AoS. The main manager/employee is so helpful and understanding! I frequently visit this store for a reason and the gamer community is so supportive and fun to be around. I would highly encourage you to visit this store for warhammer models and accessories and if possible hang out as well

Today was the first time I’ve ever visited a miniature war gaming location. I’ve decided to get involved in miniature painting for the upcoming SPQR battles and bought tons of unpainted miniatures. Knowing absolutely zero about it led me to the store here in Glendale.

I don’t know the manager’s name but his attitude and assistance were straight otherworldly. He took all the time in the world to explain every thing I needed to know before actually painting. Went over all the basics elements and then offered me an opportunity to learn by actually doing. I painted my first miniature - well partially, but still. Walked out of the store with everything I needed.

Other guys inside the store - whether staff or just gamers - we all friendly and helpful. I simply loved the atmosphere and comraderie. I am far more into historical wargaming rather than warhammer, but anyone who lives in the area and wants to know about miniatures or painting - you’ve got a gem right here in Glendale. You won’t regret making a visit even if you aren’t a fan of wargaming

Great place to start or countinue your warhammer hobby. The manager there is the best. He is top notch when it comes to his knowledge on the game and will spend the time with you to show you how to play the game. He will treat you just like your a regular there. The store has everything you need to get started. The community that the game has are great people and accept everyone into there family of gamers or hobby painters. Again can't say enough about the manager of the shop all around great guy.

Love the staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The community of people that hang out in the store are all very friendly and willing to help newer hobbyists. Every time I go to the store I have a great time.
