CVS

We all know that cashiers and pharmacy techs at CVS put up with a lot of crazy and rude customers all day- so I wanted to put a review out here for literally the nicest CVS employee I think I’ve ever met. I moved to Santa Fe just seven months ago, so I always have a million questions, but Jennifer C. is always smiling, problem-solving, and happy to help anyone and everyone. You can’t help but walk out with a smile on your face after interacting with Jen. Also- she jumps back and forth constantly to assist customers at self-check-out, while managing a significant line at her own register. I hope corporate management from CVS reads these reviews, because Jennifer is an amazing employee in so many ways- I’ve even tried to recruit her, lol- not for retail as that’s not my industry- but with her skill set and personality, Jen will succeed in any industry.

I don't know who does the hiring for the store part of CVS but they do an excellent job! Their employees are always kind and courteous even though I know they have to deal with a lot of tourists and angered people who have dealt with the pharmacy (which is not part of this review).
I have been going to this CVS for 4 years and have never had a bad experience with the general store, in fact their customer service is excellent.

I love this store. The pharmacy is the best, polite,respectful and most important your prescription is done when they promise. Also excellent customer service from Melissa. She was so nice. God bless you all and thank you for making things easier through this rough time.

I saw postcards in the window of this CVS as I was passing by and remembered that I needed to send postcards to a few more friends. I stopped in and picked out some postcards. When I got to the register, I found out the postcards cost only 20¢ each! Great price! Same selection as on the Plaza and a better price.

[UPDATE May 2023: This pharmacist is no longer there. All for the current ones are great!] This is the day after my second booster. I’ve never felt this sick. Shaking, chills, everything hurts to move, deep chest cough frequently, etc. So I just called and talked to the injecting pharmacist. To document the pharmacist response, he told me it was possible to feel this sick. No empathy. No questions about my symptoms. Told me several times it was my fault for not taking his advice to take antihistamines. After further questioning he finally told me the negative Rapid test is valid and I should feel better in two days. Seems like he was gloating as we said goodbye. Until he’s gone, I’m not going back there.

I like how quiet this store is in the mornings.When I have the time, I love to walk around and just try to find interesting finds. I don't use the pharmacy, so I can't rate that, but there's always a cashier there to check me out, so I love popping in there.

The young lady with the short hair was very nice. Great costomer service. Best I've seen in years.🤗
