We've used cricket service as our provider for over 15 years. The service itself is questionable and I'm not always able to get a rep on the phone to help when we experience a problem, but hey...that's what you pay for right? Recently I had an issue with an update on my phone. It required a new device as mine was too old and could no longer be supported. I think the upgrade fees are stupid and the cost of equipment is outrageous however it's a necessary evil in today's day and age.

The store clerk who helped me was named Angela. She was super friendly and super quick to let me know she was available to answer any questions about any of the devices. When I finally chose the device she helped transfer all my data, contacts, photos, apps, and help me figure out my 2-step verification for all my email accounts. She didn't have to do those things, but she went the extra mile and then showed me how to use the device so I could at least function. She also helped me save a little money on opening an account for one of my kids.

I dislike cricket as a provider, but I was thankful I could walk into the store, without an appointment and receive quality care from an employee.

I left the store feeling very well taken care of and the company as a whole could take a few lessons from this girl.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone which I have held off on doing for so long because the last time I lost so many important pictures and all my contacts. I was greeted by Amanda who reassured me nothing would be lost but what impressed me the most was she took the time to show me all of my choices. And after she had transferred everything to my new phone, she made sure I knew how to use it. This store is very friendly and they are so patient. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends.

We just left this location and Juan was awesome. He stayed 20 mins past close to help us and knew all the answers. Go see Juan.

The store manager (Amanda) was so unbelievably helpful I can't even begin to describe how big of assistance she was for me. She helped me when the nationwide assistance call center would not help me. You better give this lady a raise, people like her are too rare. Thank you thank you, thank you

My wife and I went in to get her a new phone. Amanda went above and beyond in terms of customer service. She also gave us valuable information to to help our phones perform better and aided us in filing an insurance claim on my wife's phone. I also witnessed her and another employee provide excellent customer service to other customers.

I have been so happy with this store ever since they got a new manager. Amanda is so great! Her and Carlos are always so happy and the store always looks great. I am moving next month but I will still travel further to go to this store! Thank you for the fast friendly service you always provide.

Amanda was awesome I lost my old phone and she helped me try and track it down. Unfortunately couldn't find it but she gave me a better deal on the new phone than what it cost for the old one. Also today I came in to add a line for my daughter and Anthony was a great help he hooked my daughter up😀👍

I wish I remember the associate that helped us. She was the manager and she was amazing! Super nice!! My husband and I have had cricket for 2 years now and have absolutely NO complaints.
