AT&T Store

Brandon, the young man who helped me, was right there to welcome me into the store and ask if I needed help. I let him know I was interested in a new phone and he was happy to help. I ended up leaving with a new iPhone 15plus and lots of goodies. I did call my brother to check over the purchase of a 14 over a 15, a 128 over a 256. I didn't make the decision quickly and there wasn’t a hard sale. I went in looking for a phone and that what I got! When Brandon told me about the 20% every 3 items it made sense to buy everything while I was there, so I bought the wall USB-C plugs and cords.
Brandon had to leave while the phones were syncing, but the two managers were real sweethearts and kept checking on me. Two hours later (had to update the older phone, that took a while), I walked out the door a super happy person with a new phone!

I highly recommend this At&t location. The workers are very helpful and always give the best customer service. Christian was very helpful when I came in to purchase a new phone, it was quick and easy! Thank you!

I didn’t have to wait long for a representative to assist me with the purchase of my new phone. Sandy was great! I let her know what kind of phone I was looking for and about how much memory I wanted and her recommendation was great. I’m very happy with my purchase and most of all with the great customer service that Sandy provided. She’s an exceptional employee and will definitely recommend others to go purchase phones at that location because of her.

We went here on a sunday morning to get a new phone for our mother. I believe the customer service rep that helped us was christian, he was so extremely helpful and nice. He explained the process, procedures, and took extra time to help set up the device. He went above and beyond and we are very thankful.

Donna was so very helpful today with getting our new iPhone 12 Pro. Explained everything to us so we understood and answered all our questions. So very friendly and helpful. Made things easy. Friendly smile. The manager Gabriel was also so very helpful and friendly. They both went out of their way for us in helping us fast and efficiently and was courteous. I spent time with Joe and Tyler at the Turlock CA location. They went above and beyond with costumer service. During my time there they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are so friendly and kind I forgot I was there to fix my phone I was having such a grand time with them! I was able to get my screen replaced and look over my plan options. These 2 guys are absolutely amazing, kind and have a great sense of humor. You are lucky to have them as part of your staff!

I had the pleasure of having Evan as my associate to help me through my transaction. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was also very pleasant and well mannered. I will be looking for Evan every time I go in.

José Lima was very helpful and polite. He answered all my questions, which helped so much because many other stores act like the customer is supposed to know everything already. I went to update my iPhone to the latest one. Jose Lima was our helper. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining every step of the process.
