Jonathan helped load bags of rocks for us. We had to go back a second time because we didn't get enough. Both times he was very helpful, fast and did it with a smile on his face. Our experience was extremely nice.

Staff are always helpful and explain things except garden area checkout staff are usually short and dry, last few times on their phone. The info on the website aisle numbers and locations sometimes dont match the store and neither do the pictures to the product but staff helped show and explain. The kids have fun coming to look at all the things and get little tools or plants.

These 5 stars are for Donna in the lumber department. My 72 year old husband needed help grabbing 4x4s and 6' posts. There were three younger guys who were busy talking to each other and didn't seem to notice or care that we were struggling to get the lumber off the shelf. By the time we got to the register my husband's hands and arms were bleeding. Donna didn't hesitate to take him over to another area and actually wipe the blood off his hands and bandaged him up. She was genuinely concerned and felt bad that no one offered to help him. We need more people like Donna who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Donna for being an asset to Home Depot!

Wanted to give kudos to one of the supervisors at the Turlock store-Joe S. Great customer service! The Home Depot on line delivery had messed up our delivery by constantly rescheduling the delivery for five days and Joe and his team-Andres and Gustavo took care of us and got our items delivered. Thank you!!!!😊

Came in quick for a drawer Latch replacement. The workers were friendly and helped us to the isle that we needed to find the item. Always have a good experience at this location.

I like going to HD after 8 p.m. when they close at 10. You have the store to yourself and if you need to return anything the customer service area is a ghost town which is wonderful if you need help. It could be kind of crazy there on the weekend afternoons. But that night, you get the store to yourself.

I went in to get some flower seeds. Had no knowledge about gardening but I wanted my front lawn to look nice so why not. In gardening this friendly and knowledgeableassociate name Tom helped me out so much. He was wonderful in giving me advice and was so nice. He helped me make right choices in terms of how to properly care for flowers. I wish I have the same kind of experience that I visit Home Depot.

I love this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's clean and organized. Easy to find what you're looking for. I purchased some drawer knobs from here in the past and they're beautiful. I still love them on the dresser I put them on. Great price I paid for them too. So much variety for every type of item. I love the garden section and lighting section the most. So fun to look at all the items. I've bought quite a bit from here over the years for little home projects. Wood for shelving and the brackets for it, Rubbermaid containers for organizing some things, nails and screws, toolbox and some tools, coolers, etc. Overall, great store and I recommend it.

I gotta share that I am shocked by some of the outstanding workers at this store. Mind you, the younger ones don't have the time in a trade yet to be able to help you too much. But, the more experienced folks in Garden, Electrical, Plumbing and Paint just are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Garden helped me with fertilizer selection, the guy in Electrical trouble shot my problem and got me the right parts with just a few questions, Plumbing got me all the right components for an underground water leak and Paint nailed it with the right color and finish selection for my family room. Well done. I just wish that they had these folks at other locations!

Easy to find and employees very helpful

I went to the Garden department at the Home Depot in Turlock. Being a senior is always a great help when your looking for something in particular. The girls in the garden department went above and beyond to help me find the things I needed. I can't praise them enough. I hope they see this and know I was very grateful.

Shout out to Marisol at customer services. She’s always willing to help, is always smiling and has a great attitude. The store itself is easy to navigate, especially if you have the app. It can be frustrating at times getting knowledgeable employees in their respective departments, but you’ll always end up getting what you need.
