Aliyah helped me with my floral arrangement. It looked beautiful. So friendly and helpful. I'm afraid this type of customer service is hard to find these days. She was able to take the stress away. Thank you Aliyah in floral!

Nice clean Safeway with a Starbucks inside. They have a great deli with lots of sandwich selections.

I came here today to get a few things for my sister , son, and a friend that are spending valentines day. Today was hard it will be the first year without my 15 yr old daughter that recently passed away in December so I got a balloon for my daughter so we can release it today with messages for her and it needed more air so the lady was nice to have someone put air in it for me. Although it did accidentally pop they did offer me another balloon and were really sympathetic to me. It's hard to hide feelings and not show emotions around others. Thank you for this I chose a cat for her as it was also her favorite animal

We love this store. Great food choices, fresh veggies and fruit and great meat.

I came in to get a cake for my mother's birthday. The cake was a bit sweet and not to my liking, but the girl behind the counter had great customer service skills and patience. She had a long line and was alone, but was very courteous and helpful with everyone she helped.

Just like all grocery stores Safeway is good for some things and not so good on other things. This location has a great staff, always happy to help. They have a Starbucks located within the store as well as a DMV kiosk. Restrooms are always clean and stocked. Love the bakery department. Great prices on soda, frozen foods, and meat. Over priced on pantry items and produce. They offer self check out and require you be a member to get the sale prices. Large parking lot and easy highway access.

Did an online pick up from here last Friday, during their $5 Friday SALE & noticed a discrepancy in the bill. Was gonna let the over charge go, but decided last minute to give them a call before I got there. The employee that answered the phone was SUPER helpful, he fixed the problem & friendly enough to not get bothered by helping someone. (If it were Walmart, problem most likely wouldn't have been fixed & you'd be able to tell the employee was bothered by you) I know you know, what I mean 😂
Idk if the same person who helped me over the phone, was the one that brought my groceries to the car, but he was cool too. You could tell he/they didn't hate his/their job. Hard to find that kind of GREAT customer service these days!

I can easily spend so much! I love the app. I scan everything when I put in my cart and save a ton. Who doesn't love saving money?!?

I was looking for a Prime Rib for Christmas, I called a spoke with Fernando and he saved a nice prime rib for me while I did my last bit of Christmas shopping! He set aside 2 different ones so I had a choice! I was very happy with his selections!!

I bought a cake for my grand daughter’s birthday and had found a piece of paper inside it I took a picture of it and kept the receipt and return to the store and spoke to Vance the manager who was kindly enough to give me a refund and a free cake of choice I want to thank him again

Bought fried chicken. Chicken was great. Linda who works there in the deli was super helpful and caring . Definitely recommend this store over savemart

The staff are really friendly. They have a wide variety of stuff. I love the deli section. They have some great sandwiches, the ribs and jojo potatoes are really good as well. I also frequent the Starbucks here the staff are great and very friendly. Havent had them make a mistake without catching it before giving me my order. The store is always clean and orderly. Definitely recommend shopping here.

We were in the store on 11/25/21 around the baking area and had a hard time finding an "unburnt" looking pumpkin pie. A worker there named Dawn had helped my family and I find the perfect pumpkin pie. she was so helpful and her attitude was so delightful. She was happy to help us in our search even though we saw that she was busy cleaning the area and organizing. It is great customer service and people with an upbeat positive attitude that makes not only Safeway a great place to shop but also the entire city of Turlock.

The best Safeway i’ve ever been to! The employees go above and beyond and are super nice and helpful! My boyfriend would call and go during their shipment days to go see if they had any squishmallows and they went above and beyond for us, especially Katie! Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind with helping us find what we needed!

First I have to say the shelves were stocked after all I've been reading. Safeway was very busy but didn't have to wait in line very long. The store was clean and employees helpful. One employee even pushed my cart out and loaded my trunk for me.

I have been a long term customer of this store and have always had a good experience. They carry pretty much anything you can think of. This review is mainly for their new grocery delivery system, which is amazing! I was able to get the just for U coupons and discounts just like in the store. I scheduled a time three days in advance, but it can be a same day delivery. My order was delivered perfectly on time with all the items I ordered to perfection!

Absolutely loved it! The store was clean, organized and fully stocked! So much to choose from. The grocery clerks were very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience checking out.

Love love this safe way. I been shopping here since 2008. I find it clean. Organized. And employees are just all on point. They always assist me when needed and are friendly and always acknowledge me when I walk in. I have nothing bad to say. I buy some of my stuff here. I love my local store. 😇

It's a treat to go to Safeway, but only get to go there when we have other errands in Turlock. The produce department always looks appealing and fresh and we never miss the bakery for my Loaf of bread and other goodies.
