The polites staff, helpfull and a smile on there face!

This is the best 711 I have ever been to. All there products are up to date none exspired. Always clean and the one employee Nasar is just so kind and helpful. Wish more employees would have those great customer service skills like he does!!!

Best place ever

I stood waiting for service only to find there was an employee in the backroom. Time is important to me during my work commute. It must be more important to serve food and not watch for customers at the register. There are plenty of choices on Algonquin Rd.

0 Stars. Simple can't treat their customers well. My wife loves 7-Eleven cold coffee and she usually drinks 1-2 per day as she travels a lot. She uses rewards app to get free rewards and usually grabs her first cup from this store. One of the partners Ramesh was way rude to her and started asking questions as to where she is getting all the other cups from (none of his business). Our family definitely won't be returning to this store with crappy management and customer service.

Do not go to this 7/11 they are stealing from customers by false advertising and not honoring their own pricing on the shelf or from corporate.. For instances monsters are 2 for 4 like their sign says right below the monsters and outside the establishment and on 7/11 apps. But when you get to the register they are charging 2 for 4.29 plus tax. Yes it’s only 29 cents but think about all the people that pay that price and don’t realize it and who knows what else they are charging for other deals. Beware!!

It was during the July 11th special, in which an employee was ordering me to hurry, right before I was going to say my order. Also, he didnt even get my order right, as he just mixed different flavors, creating a nasty slurpee.
