Bought a few specialty bolts/nuts here that I couldn't find anywhere else in town. The staff was helpful, price was fair, and the parts are high quality. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Didnt have exactly what I wanted but worked with me to get it as close as we could. Cant even tell the difference. Definitely coming back

I gotta say it’s been a long time that I’ve been this disappointed with a company. Communication is next to nothing. I rarely get responses to my emails or phone calls, they refuse to give an estimate of when a tool might be back while other companies seem to do it just fine. They take Milwaukee tools which I bought from them all in the span of 9 month and don’t honor the warranties and take it upon themselves to have Milwaukee recycle tools that are less than a year old leaving you without the tool you paid for. They just don’t seem to care at all. Once Todd sells you the tools, his commitment to you as a customer ceases. And if you have promotional items coming to you, you have to keep on him for months at a time to get your stuff.

If you want to be talked down to by a highschooler, and then shown the wrong part on the shelf — stop in for a tour of I know better than you because I have a blue shirt on. Avoid at all costs because this is now an ‘account’ only facilty, and they want to make sure you know you are not their client. Besides, their screws are lower quality and higher priced, so why would you want to in the first place.
