Went in to check out a taller walker for my mom & Monet helped us. She was so kind, patient and helpful getting us a new walker. She even made sure our existing walkers brakes were adjusted while we were there. She had to juggle many clients but did it efficiently and with a smile on her face.

Best go to place for medical equipment and such that you just can't get at a drugstore. Sometimes you need a prescription for these needs and other times they are on the shelf. Their customer services are fairly good, but their prices are a little high however, their products are dependable.

Jeremy delivered my equipment. He was considerate, professional, respectful and thorough. If all of their employees are like this, they are a great company.

Great service and super friendly staff. They make sure to consult privately and measure you properly for braces & orthotics.

Going in to get my first CPAP I was nervous. When I got there my worries were put at ease. I felt so comfortable and well informed. Sam is amazing and gave me so much information and made me feel good knowing I was going to feel better with my machine. I recommend this location for your CPAP needs.

Great experience and worth the drive from Romulus - this is the store with the wheelchair showroom.
This is my 1st wheelchair - felt overwhelmed and quite bummed pulling up to the store. Went inside and was greeted within 3 steps of the door, welcomed, and directed to the showroom in the back. The waiting area in the showroom was comfortably spaced out. While there was a bit of a wait because there was only 1 person working back there at that time, other staff came back to check on us and update us - I didn't feel forgotten. When it was my turn, I was met by a very friendly associate (Marci) who made this an excellent experience. She was very thorough and helpful in making sure I had what I needed to get me as comfortable as possible since part of this challenge was finding something small and maneuverable enough in my smaller, older house, and light enough that I can manage it on my own if I have to. Marcy made sure we knew all the details on operation and care of my new power wheelchair with no pressure and no nonsense. I am grateful that she was there for my 1st wheelchair experience. The restrooms were stocked with soap, paper towel, and disinfectant and appeared clean upon entering. The store seems organized and clean overall. I will definitely be coming back to this store for my next assistive device.

I had to come in for a walking boot today. Well it ended up my insurance wouldn’t cover for what the dr wrote the prescription for. The ladies let me know they were waiting to hear back from my dr. I told them I would wait for a little while to see if she called back. I had my youngest daughter which is 3 with me. They brought her out a snack since we were waiting for a while. The ladies in that office are so nice and I really appreciate that cause it’s hard to find smiling faces at companies these days. So thank you ladies for being so nice and compassionate.

My father is a stroke patient. He was coming home from St. John rehab after being there for 5 weeks. We had arranged for his hospital bed and lift to be delivered between 4 and 6 pm. Then it was moved to 8 pm, then we had to cancel my fathers discharge and ambulance because we still had no bed. Finally after several calls we were told the bed would be here at 11:30 pm. Dave H and Bryan came at 11:30 pm and were here until 12:30 am setting up. They stayed late to get to us because they knew of my fathers situation. They are the people at Binson’s who made this debacle a great experience. They deserve the praise. The higher ups at Binson’s should be looking to Dave H and Bryan to learn what integrity and work ethic look like. Dave H and Bryan are amazing examples of both. Our rating for the company itself is a 0. Our rating for Dave H and Bryan is a 25 +. While the owners and upper management are at home enjoying their weekend with family and friends, their delivery people are working their butts off to try to make things right. Hats off to Dave H and Bryan. You were the true heroes in this situation. We appreciate you!

Last Friday we had a rental lift chair delivered as Judy is having a knee replacement . The delivery men were Bryan and Dave H. They had a very long day as we were the last delivery. They were both very professional and answered all of our questions. They did not hurry us at all even though it was a very long day for them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They are the best and should be commended for their service.

Nick Elbode was the best sales person I have encountered in a very long time. He was professional, friendly, courteous and followed up on all commitments, shipping and delivery as promised.

Dave H. and Marc S. were excellent delivery personnel. The moved my old chair, set up the new lift chair, reviewed its operation and answered all of my questions in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. They kept the area clean and removed all trash and boxes before leaving. I could not have asked for a better delivery crew.

When I called to get an oxygen tank removed from my home, they were quick to schedule someone to pick it up. On the day of removal, I received a call letting me know when the pickup would occur. Dave H. and Brian arrived on time, were very friendly and worked quickly to remove the oxygen tank. Overall, this was a very easy and pleasant experience.

Dave H. & Bryan delivered my new recliner with the utmost of care. They were in no hurry to leave without informing me completely how to operate the remote controls and features of the chair. They obliged me in removing my old recliner to the curb. They are fine representatives of Binsons. Thanks so much, I cannot recommend them ( as well as the Livonia sales Manager ) any stronger…great job !

Simply the best! The reps are very helpful and patient. They don't act like you're putting them out by asking questions. Orders are handled quickly and efficiently. My best advice is this, if you want the best service for your supplies switch to Binsons'. They actually know what they're doing! Amazing. I'm so grateful to be able to use this company.

My mother finally decided to purchase a scooter. While at Binson's we had a gentleman named Ed Johnson assist us. He couldn't have been more patient and kind with my mother. He was very knowledgeable and answered question after question that my mother had for him. Ed was outstanding and went above and beyond what he needed to do to help make my mother comfortable on her new scooter. We greatly appreciate Ed Johnson, his help, his professionalism and wanted to share this with you what a positive experience this was. Thank you!

The first experience in 3 yrs that I was pleased. The manager that handled my case was superb. My only regret is that I don’t know her name. The delivery men ,Dave H /Bryan were professional and pleasant. These people deserve a big raise. Thank You , satisfied customer

I would give ten Stars if I could to Benson's Serviceman David H. He was dispatched (dispatcher was awesome too) and arrived very quickly. He was so nice and.very knowledgeable on the problem at hand. He was also very courteous and cheerful. Made my day😀 And is a role model for customer service.Thanks Dave H. God bless.

My call about need for replacement concentrator when mine suddenly quit working at 10:15 pm was immediately handled when dispatch called Dave H to contact me. He was here within 11 minutes, identified himself, masked, and dealt with the replace concentrator in a very professional manner as he explained the paperwork as he completed it. He asked if I needed any tubing, cannulas, etc, but I did not. It was very nice of him to ask. Dave H is an excellent representative for Binsons.

I had to call and make a appointment to get some custom arch supports. My call was answered by Vicky from the centerline office. She did a fantastic job of answering all my questions and made the phone call actually fun to be on! Everyone know those calls can sometime take awhile since they have to get all your info. Which it did take awhile but Vicky has a great sense of humor and made it actually enjoyable to talk to her!!

I needed to rent a wheelchair ramp to accommodate a family member who uses a wheelchair they could visit our house. The staff at Binson's was both kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They are local and family-owned, and they really went above and beyond. When I returned the ramp, the person at the desk remembered me and couldn't have been nicer.

I would highly recommend this store and am thankful to have a place like this in the Detroit metro area. They put people first, and made me feel like I was a priority in every interaction I had with them.
