Shawn at the warren location was great! My wife and I tried what felt like 100 mattresses and never once did he get annoyed or frustrated with us. He helped us each step of the way with great suggestions! He never once pressured us, he listened to us and our wants and didn’t try to over sell us either. We found our perfect mattress and it was delivered the next day! Even the delivery guys were great too! We highly recommend Shawn at that location. We love our mattress and get great sleep now!

I had a great experience shopping at Gardner White Furniture. The sales person was amazing and super helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect dining table for my home. The other reps were also very friendly and professional. The delivery was super quick and easy. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Gardner White Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

Kudos to Gardner White for organizing the Gabi's Doll House meet-and-greet with the actual actress! Our daughter loved it! They had artists on-prems to do face-painting, and also a kids' activity area in the back of the store.

The warehouse itself was very well laid out and organized. Clean.

I'm not a fan of their prices, though, to be clear. For a Clearance Warehouse, even when slashed, the prices aren't very competitive - i can get brand new furniture of equal.or better quality for equal or less $$$. The "before" (or "original') posted prices on the tags, let's be honest, are not even from this world. I'm pretty sure even they know that, but it's that commission cut they're hoping for. And I don't envy their job at all.

I just wanted to shout out my salesperson! Lois ANN Gardner. She was really outstanding in what she do. She was very patient with me while I made my decision on what I wanted. So thanks again Ann. She's at the Warren location. So if you're shopping for furniture She's your go to.

I had a great experience while shopping for furniture. Tom was my sales guy. He introduced himself as we walked in and got a feel of what type of customers we were. Allowed us to walk through and see the expansive inventory and followed up to see if we needed any help or questions. I like that he went over each line items on receipt. It was a straightforward and stress free experience.

Shane and I had a really great experience tonight with sales consultant Joe H!! We approached him with the furniture we picked out (no one else approached us the whole time we walked around), and he provided a really comfortable and relaxed, easy & fast checkout all while still upholding his professionalism. We felt like it was meant to be connecting with him at the end of the walk! Joe was great, we never once felt as if he was selling us anything. 5 stars to Joe fo sho!

Not only did I like the furniture choices but the customer service was commendable. They went out of their way to make an out-of-State purchase easy, but also had things in place to make sure that this was not fraud very very commendable. I was amazed. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out the whole experience was great. People greeted us. I came back for the third time and Gene was our sales person and we requested to see him not knowing if he was in or not. He was and we waited until he came for us. Highly recommend Gardner White. I was met at the door by salesman Gene Lawnicki who was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. There was no high pressure. I thought both value and pricing were good.

Gardner white store is very clean and all the furniture is placed very good for easy access. Everyone is very pleasant. My sales person was ally and he was a delight to converse with and he is extremely knowledgeable about the furniture and setting up a payment plan for a customer. It was a good experience and I found exactly what I was looking for and Ally took care of everything and explained everything perfectly. Christina, my sales rep was exceptional. I felt very comfortable making my purchase with her. She was very patient and not pushy at all.

The sales rep Introduced himself and then left us alone but stayed within easy access so we could look at the wide selection and discuss options on our own. He was immediately available when I was ready to ask questions and check out.

I had a great experience! The showroom had late hours so I was able to visit after work. Associate Christine was very kind and extremely helpful. Arranging delivery and completing payment was a breeze. 10/10!

I had a great experience with Joe Howser. He wasn't bugging me, but was available for questions and a sale. It may not have been a large sale, but I know where to go when I need any furniture again. He is definitely a great addition to the Gardner White family. Professional, friendly and kind.

It was nice being able to shop inside and have no pressure from the sales person. My salesperson Christine was very helpful and didn't pressure me into a sale. I did end up buying a new loveseat and the process went quickly. I was able to go home with it the same day since it fit in my car. I recommend Christine as a salesperson.

Ray was an amazing sales person. He directed us to some options we might like, was available when we had questions, but gave us enough space to shop pressure free. It was such a great experience start to finish.

I Went to Gardner White to look for a bedroom set for my daughter. Sales Consultant Angelina Alfred greeted me, kindly asked what I was looking for, explained the store layout and pricing. I found the perfect bedroom set. Angelina thoroughly explained all the details of the set and the protection plan as we were going over the paperwork. I am so glad that I went to Gardener White and was fortunate enough to have Angelina Alfred as my sales Consultant. I would highly recommend both for any home furnishing needs.

Salesman Eric helped me find out if a specific lamp was in stock and he was very personable and patient. I will definitely deal with him again. Angela at customer service desk was patient and kind too. They made my experience enjoyable.

Great service. My man Wes could not have done better. He was very knowledgeable for a new employee. Diane came over and helped. I liked them so much I probably would have bought a $2,000.00 pet rock from them lol.......
