I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanisha at Value City Furniture (Acceptance Now) and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service she provided. From the start of our interaction, Tanisha greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly welcome.

She was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions thoroughly. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers truly stood out.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I attribute this to Tanisha's outstanding customer service. She is a true asset to the team, and I will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases.

I would definitely recommend this place, check if AJ is there too! We were working with AJ and he was working efficiently to help us purchase our furniture and he went out of his way to make sure everything went well for us. We will definitely be back! :)

While visiting value city furniture Tanisha with acceptance now was a great help. She was patient with me and extremely helpful. The encounter I had with her was so pleasant I left the store talking about her and referring people to the store just to have the same experience that I had. I truly believe that it was meant for me to meet her she was such a blessing to me and I’m sure she’ll be a joy to all that come in contact with her. What a great person to have on your team!

Great customer service and amazing quality furniture. Went in looking for a dining room set and Lenny was a great help in finding what I was looking for. He was very patient and gave me many options choosing out my dining room set. Would for sure come back again for future purchases.

Curtrice is absolutely amazing!!! (All the staff are really!) so kind, patient, and worked with me and the kiddos to make sure we got what we needed! Chatted with Jimmy on the phone and he was amazing too! Highly recommend this location and the staff. Natalie was amazing too

I called Value City Furniture looking for new furniture for my home. It was a pleasure to actually hear someone pick up the phone who sounded happy and pleasant. The young lady who picked up the phone I believe her name was Brenda and she transferred me to a sales person name, Amanda. Both of these ladies have excellent customer service skills and I look forward to visiting the store and making a purchase for my new home.

Amanda was amazing. She was patient with my busy 2 year old. Knowledgeable about the mattresses we looked at, and honestly the reason we bout the mattress same day. We were only looking to price compare. But went ahead with a purchase. Thanks to Amanda we will be back !

My experience was wonderful! Amanda was absolutely great. She was very personable and was also so sweet and attentive to my kids while we were there. She was very relatable and trustworthy and I would recommend her to anyone!

A reliable place for stylish and sturdy furniture. I’m never let down here. I’ve worked with a few different salespeople, but today Labib was as efficient and patient as they come. The closest thing we have to Art Van nowadays.

I’m leaving a 5 star review solely based on TANISHA At Acceptance Now. She has a great attitude and she was very easy to work with & I was able to finance the furniture of my dreams! 10/10 recommend will be sending all my friends and family to her.

My sales person Ve was excellent and the manager Tony what a great guy. My brother and myself were treated so nicely we had a wonderful experience, and we will be coming back again and tell all of our friend about our wonderful experience. God Bless you guys.
