Beautiful store. The staff is not only friendly and efficient but knowledgeable. The isles are wide and the shelves are stocked. Fair prices too. I bought a Pyrex bread pan for less than on amazon! Lots of parking. A great addition to the Ely community.

A brand new hardware store in town and it is excellent! Inside of the place is clean and it has a nice environment, especially for a hardware store. It also has a lot of items that you won’t find much in any other store. It has a bunch of Milwaukee items like Drills, Vacuums, clothing’s, etc.
I would recommend people to come here and get items that they need for something. Prices are a little too high for some stuff but it’s good quality.

Great selection and open on Sunday past 2pm. Lots of parking. Equipment rentals.

Me and group had a dead car battery, which we noticed after we tried to leave our Hotel at 6am, TruValue opened at 7am, which made it very optimal for our situation.

The staff here is impeccable! Nice store, friendly people. Good to see the improvements and expansion. Hopefully the "other" license hurries up, can't wait to see the selections then!!

Went in for a portable air conditioner and asked what the return policy was and they said once the box is opened no returns... So I didn't buy because air conditioners are an appliance that can be brand new and have issues. Not going to gamble on 700$. It instantly felt like they don't care about anything but profit. On my way to a place that cares that their customer gets a good product...
