The store manager, Collin Staudt is a customer service warrior. He interfaced with offsite Verizon tech support for 1-1/2 hours to resolve a phone service issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout a frustrating issue. Kudos and a standing ovation for your stellar assistance, Collin.
If I could provide a notable salary raise, I would. Verizon is lucky to have you!

Jim and Edwin are really great at what they do! Very patient and helpful. I understand this is new management. I was never at the Franklin store prior to the change in management so I have nothing to compare with. Edwin has been taking care of us. Very courteous and helpful to my special needs daughter and myself. I would say he even goes out of his way to offer little incentives to make my whole experience better.

Jim has helped me numerous times when he worked at the Oak Creek store. He is fantastic! Always VERY HELPFUL!

Davione was VERY helpful and patient. I needed a new screen protector and he put it on and made sure there would be no bubbles and helped to register it as well. A few months ago he also helped to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. He is a great asset to the store and the customers. Thank you Davione.

The service here is the best. Ask for Thomas! His skills at getting us the best deal and setting everything up so it worked going out the door was most helpful. He is patient with the many questions we asked and most informative. We plan on using this Verizon store as our go-to place for any/all service we need.

Nice neighborhood store with two very helpful and friendly representatives, James and Edwin. I had a few iPhone problems more than once ~ I always left the store feeling like I was a valued customer. James and Edwin are very knowledgeable and professional.

Traded in my iPhone 8 Plus for an iPhone 12. Store was clean. Social distancing was practiced and masks were worn. Took about an hour and everything was transferred from my old phone to my new one. A very positive experience!

I have been in this store multiple times for my personal line and work line. The staff members ( Jason, Todd, and Jimmy) have been extremely helpful every time I have been in there. I would recommend this store to everyone. I even have all my co-workers specifically go to this store because in my opinion not only are they helpful, but they know what they are doing unlike many of the Verizon stores I have been in. Best Verizon Store ever!!!

The other day I went in to get 2 screen protecters put on and Jim did a phenomenal job! No bubbles or anything. These screen protectors were not cheap and Jim hooked it up. Go see Jim at the Franklin store NOT the 27th st one. Thanks Jim!
