SEPHORA at Kohl's

It's so convenient to have a sephora in town. The stock is limited but I have called ahead to put items on hold. Thus far my interactiosn with the staff has been pleasant

If you’re looking for a good place to be mistreated, you found it. And please, don’t ask any questions. Because you will be taught to look for things yourself. But, if you want to hear a good conversation between the staff, just bring your popcorn. Sephora should be embarrassed at their employees and this treatment. I truly feel sorry for this.

RUN! Don’t even bother coming here. This is not a real Sephora. DECEPTIVELY They do not take Sephora gift cards and you cannot return any products purchased at this Sephora at any other location. They make you put your beauty insider rewards number in for no reason. The products cannot even be found through your beauty insider account. The managers cannot help! Horrible customer service.

Beware products purchased at this Sephora cannot be returned at any other Sephora. This is a fake Sephora. You cannot even use a Sephora gift card this store. Stay away! Don’t bother even coming here, it’s not like the prices are cheaper or something that would advantageous to come here.

Aside from the convenience of shopping Sephora at the same time as Kohl’s, there is limited inventory compared to a regular Sephora store and most frustrating, they don’t accept Sephora gift cards. There’s no way a customer would know unless they do some research before arriving. I would not have shopped at this store had I known I couldn’t use my gift card, and will not be shopping there again anytime soon.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had at a Sephora. Will not be returning back to this one.
