Knowledgeable employees, most are nice and ready to help answer questions. Great selection of paints. I've been using their exterior oil based for my house for more than 7 years now, on cedar shakes, and it looks like I painted it a year ago.
I usually wait for their sales, which they run every quarter or so, like 30% off as it's running as I write this, otherwise it's on the expensive side.

The staff is a great help here at SW. Adam in particular stayed past the closing time of the store to ensure that we were helped! If you are having trouble picking out colors, be sure to use their color consultant, Rebecca (you get a paint credit you can use for hiring her, and she was very helpful throughout our painting process--she helped my wife by being available via text as our paint choices evolved). We're painting a brand new 3,700 SQ ft house so we spent a lot of time here picking up new color chips and additional cans of paint every few days.

Extremely helpful staff and a beautiful selection of paints. My husband and I have been customers of this store for many years, and they never disappoint. Kassan Shaw who is the Manager is always available to assist in any way possible. We also recently met with Rebecca King who is the In-Home Color Consultant. There is just not enough we can say about Rebecca because she took the time to work with each and every room that we needed to paint and there were a lot. Her knowledge and suggestions as a professional really shone, and we felt extremely confident her with what we chose. Great experience all around.

Rebecca is a great consultant. She helped me find the perfect colors for my exterior. Im very happy I finally found the right combination. Solomon & Kassan we're extremely helpful when I visited the Fairfield store. Benjamin Moore was never this helpful
