This is the absolute best UPS Store I have had the pleasure of working with. While providing an above and beyond service experience with great consideration and courtesy; Maria is a super star and made my experience the best. Definitely using them for all my shipping/packaging needs.

I have to say that Maria and her staff are the greatest! They go all out, more than the extra mile to assist their clients. They helped me with great photos and presentation materials, first class printed items and even assisted on setting up a social media site in addition to notary work and shipping documents. The UPS Store in Chester is consistently friendly, reliable, and efficient. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Every time I enter, they make me feel like I am their top priority. There’s no other UPS Store I’d rather go to. They are the best!

For four years I had a postal box at this conveniently located UPS Store; therefore, I accessed the premises almost on a daily basis. It was my sole location from which to send and receive mail and shipments, make copies, have documents notarized and witnessed, and quickly purchase office supplies. When traveling out of the country or domestically, I greatly appreciated enjoying the confidence that all of my incoming packages and mail were being securely held until my return. During those years (2014-2018), I was always cheerfully greeted by Don and his wonderfully helpful staff and I consistently received excellent professional services, without a single exception.

I recently moved from the area, but among my fondest memories of being a part of that lovely community are the kind and fastidious services I received at the UPS Store in Chester. I would give this business ten stars if such were an option.

I have used the UPS store in Chester for many years now. Their staff is always friendly, and Don Pollard is the owner, knows me well now, and always treats me so nicely. I have other choices near me for UPS stores, but I always go to Chester because they are the best, explain everything well, and I have never had an issue with any of my packages not being delivered on time. They are an exceptional business, and I highly recommend them.

It looks like I'm reviewer lucky number 10! I rely on Don and his staff at the UPS Store in Chester for my business needs. They are always so helpful and although UPS is a global multi billion dollar business, Don and his team provide a small town feel in their excellent customer service approach. I have been using the UPS Store in Chester for many years and haven't ever felt the need to look anywhere else. They're the best!

Bobby D is the best! I totally messed up some Amazon returns (if you’re returning an entire order with multiple identical items you need a code for each item, not just one for the order!). Anyway I realized it when I got home from UPS store so I called and Bobby advised how to straighten it out. He couldn’t have been more pleasant when I went back with the new codes even though it was pretty annoying. Great customer service!

The FedEx store in Chester, NJ is a terrific place to conduct your business. For years I have lived or conducted my business out of the area and I have depended on them to routinely send my my regular mail and packages to my other place.They are also a great place to conduct routine business services. But most of all, they can be totally trusted to do what a customer wants. Great place!!

Don and the staff at the UPS store in Chester provide prompt and courteous services. They are so much more than a place to mail a package. Don has a full print shop. You can make banners, copy blueprint etc., not just small jobs. Super simple Amazon returns, don't even need a box. My go to place for all my office needs. A++

I have been going to this store for years and it is a great place to do business. Don and his staff are wonderfully helpful. It is such a plus to have this store here in Chester. We are lucky to have such a great UPS branch!

Don and his employees have got it right. They greet you with a smile and always ask how they can help.This is a customer centric attitude that starts at the top. Any time I have needs for shredding, or shipping I leave to Don at his UPS Store, but they have many more services available. It’s also nice to do business with a group who recognizes you when you walk in.

This store has been essential for providing services to me when I have been living overseas. They can be trusted with everything from getting your packages to you with no screw-ups and their packing services are excellent. You can't go wrong with anything if you use Don and Masha's store. They are much more reliable than other delivery stores in the area.

This is a great place for copies, great quality, easy, and they get you in and out quickly and they get the prints correct, not like some other places. I continue to use the UPS store in Chester for all our band posters, promotional materials and they ship it out for me also. I recommend you try them for all your printing and shipping needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing customer service. Always with a smile and a way to help you with any task. I was feeling sorry for myself when Staples closed here in Chester but the amazing copying, enlargement, binding tasks that they do rivals Staples and I do now not miss it at all. The cost or the same or less and the wait time is minimal and the smiles are priceless
