As a small Tile & Grout business entrepreneur- Lowe’s has to be my go to when it comes to supplies. Their lightweight, waterproof backer board is effective and easy to work with. Their staff is friendly, inviting and helpful. Cashier- Andrew saved me tons of money on my recent project signing up for their credit card 🤩 Thank you!

I purchased a washer dryer stackable unit and during delivery we hit a bump in miscommunication. I contacted the store manager, Mike and he immediately got on the issue. Mike monitored the issue until it was resolved the same day. I want to applaud the efforts of this manager . I highly recommend this store.

Great location for hardware shopping. Right near Harbor Freight and Home Depot. If one store doesn't have what you need, just check out the other ones nearby.

Pete was very helpful to me my 1st outdoor camera was stolen so I had idea of what I needed for the 2nd 1 😳 and he was just what I needed to bring my idea to life he looked up all information and with his help I got the perfect protector another young man that just started helped also didn't catch his name but directed me right to Pete... thank 😔 you Lowe's I'm truly satisfied

On Labor day I approached an employee, stationed near entrance. My feet hurt & I asked Mr. LYNTON for a product. I couldn't walk the long aisles in vain. He pointed to a wall. By the time I got there, Mr. Lynton was already looking for the product. I left impressed & smiling. An employee with compassion. Thank you! @Lowe's Forest Ave SI

Wanted to highlight an employee in the paint and blinds center, Ebenezer. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cutting of shades. My daughter and I came back 4 times because we kept getting the measurements wrong! Lol He even stayed later than his shift to help us! There's not many employees I find that are knowledgeable about their department, but he was!

I got a propane grill from Lowe's recently. I ordered it online for delivery, and took advantage of their offer to do the assembly for me. The grill was delivered on time, however, it turned out to be defective. I called Lowe's customer service and the lady there was very, very helpful and patient. The call dropped before I was finished explain the situation, but she called back and left a voice mail with the case number, which I thought was very professional. I got a follow up call from the Lowes's in Staten Island the next day as this was the location where the grill had been delivered from. The store's Assistant Manager was asking me a few questions about the grill, realized that his staff had inadvertently sent me a grill from a group of grills that were slated to be returned the supplier rather than a new one. He asked me if I'd be home, and then on a Sunday he got a new grill assembled, put it into a Lowe's pick up truck and did the one dedicated delivery to me two in the time he'd said it would take. I wasn't thrilled that I'd got a bad grill, but I am very, very happy with the way the matter was resolved. Kudos and many thank yous and much appreciation to this store and to the awesome Assistant Manager!

I work here and love it here. The staff is great, meeting new and interesting customers is always a plus. You get to know what they are working on and get new and interesting tips on how to get jobs done and possibly meet the contractors themselves. Lowes is my 2nd home away from home. They have everything you need and the prices you want. If it’s your first time coming here don’t feel overwhelmed, don’t be afraid to ask for help. We are here for you, let lowes be your 2nd home as well.

They had the tripple shredded red mulch that I did not find elsewhere.
Today they had 2 × 6 × 8" ground contact wood not available elsewhere.

I was in Home Depot with about $600 worth of products but needed help with selecting a storm door. After running around to get assistance for 20 minutes there was no sales help to be found. I finally decided to just abandon everything and I went to Lowes instead were I was immediately helped, I am done with Home Depot. Thank you for the great service Lowes.

Hello James was very helpful took his time with me. I had ordered a number of items and He help me take our time to make sure I picked up what needed to be picked up. James also helped me with the lockers for we both had trouble with them. I told James they should have kept my orders together rather then all over the place James was very knowledgable. Thank you James for all you respect and your help. Its nice to deal with someone who likes to help and dies and knows his job. I will be ordering or coming back thanks to James.

Very happy with costumer service

Great store always has what you need and I think my opinion is prices little better then other stores

Sales associates were extremely helpful. I did not get the bathroom fixtures associates name but Paint was Angelo. They were both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Both went out of their way to accommodate us.

The cashier I believe her name was Hope mocha skin girl is so helpful everyone I'm at the register. Most people are grumpy but she's not

Great customer service the lady was very nice and helpful

Very reasonable prices on items I usually purchase but, recently (4-6 months) it's a bit challenging to find a staff member when you have questions.

Love it here. But was especially please to see they recently installed some Veterans Only parking spots!
