I had issues with my water heater. A customer service rep named Morin helped me out with my warranty issues. He truly went above and beyond my expectations and made sure that I was taken care of. Such a gentleman. I cant thank him enough

Not such good service at night

Went in with co worker to buy material to make a small platform in the rear of a company cars so not to ruin the interior once the back seats are down putting equipment inside. They had everything that was needed to make a nice functional platform, on sale too. Good deal

Was surprised with the good costumer service , nothing like Brooklyn

Pretty good. You can find pretty much everything and the staff is helpful.

Ordered our third kitchen with Tracy who is truly the best. Everything goes so smooth since she knows what she is doing and looks gorgeous. Tracy is the kitchen expert of Home Depot go see her you won’t be disappointed

The store on Forest. Has a good selection of everything for your home projects. The one thing I noticed, they orangized bathroom vanities with all the matching accessories in one area making it an easy purchase. So I bought one of the combo packages for my half bathroom at a reasonable cost. My wife is excited she now calls it her new power room.

Always a great place to do business. Customers need to realize there are new staff all the time that are still learning how things operate within the building & they aren't always going to be able to answer every question you have for them. An associate that works in plumbing isn't going to know what drill you need from hardware, or what shade of blue you need from the paint department. Not every employee is going to know where everything is in the store. Doesn't work like that. Show some patience & you'll get the desired help you need.

This place is usually kind of disorganized. I was very surprised by their responsiveness the last time I went in to purchase carburetor cleaner and compressed air. One of the guys actually helped! It's a shame their app doesn't show accurate info with regard to inventory.

they need more self check out lanes that accept cash!

Always find items needed for everyday repairs

My recent visit to the Forest Ave store was a great experience. I had many issues where I encountered a store employee named Hanny who assisted me. He was very informative and helpful. It would be great if all store clerks were like him.

Had to come by to get a mattress cover, and the staff was super helpful. They took me exactly to where the item was, and offered help to find anything else.

Great selection of appliances, and tools. My go-to hardware store when I need something. Outstanding, and will be coming back. I need new plants for spring :)

A rather seamless shopping experience overall. Entering the store the aisles are positioned such that signage is clearly visible and navigating to the aisle you need is never a frustration. This particular store being more central than other Home Depot stores means the stuff is always in plentiful supply. Many a times I found myself needing a very uncommon item that would always be low in stock in most Home Depot stores, but this store had always turned out to be the final stop. Given this location may get more crowded, the checkout process is easy and quick.

Service us good and friendly people

We bought a two door frigidaire Refrigerator at Home Depot last Wednesday after an unfortunate experience with another company. We were provided assistance by Matt in Appliances. He helped us find a unit that would fit the size of our space and he ensure the delivery was smooth by adding special instructions to the delivery order. He was professional and very helpful. The delivery crew was very helpful too. They helped my husband install back the railing which he had removed for easy access of the unit. they had to go thru one flight of stairs and they did it with minor issue. the unit got a little scratch in the process not a big deal. Wr had been without a fridge for a few days and it was stressful but thanks to Matt and the delivery crew our stress is gone. thanks Home Depot for hiring quality assistance!!

This is a tremendous place for home decor and repairs, both outside and inside your home. The staff is helpful and checkout is usually quick. Been here many times for anything from smoke detectors to gorgeous garden plants. The prices are pretty reasonable too. Not a good place to bring children. They'll be bored.
