AT&T Store

This the best place ever!!! ALL the staff here are so kind and patient. The service here is second to none. It's hard to find people thses days in a retail environment that genuinely care about their customers. I have always had all my "stupid questions" answered in a way the never makes me feel dumb. It's sometimes hard in today's world of technology to feel like our questions are worth people's time. Connor has constantly gone above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. They are truly great over here.

My wife lost her phone last week. We suspended service. Went to the store last night and walked out with a new phone in under 60 minutes. Brad was super helpful can't say enough good things about this store. Fantastic!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Emma H. at the Monticello, MN AT&T Store!! She was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable and kind!

When I got to the store Garret was the only worker and their was a lot of people there some that had wait three hours .He was very professional worked very efficiently and made people feel like they were the only one in the store even though he was multi tasking but one person can only do so much. Either they need to pay him double his wage so he stays cause otherwise their is not going to be anyone working there cause he is way overworked and should walk out if I was him . He should be your manager he probably would never take a vacation he works so hard.

In a pinch with a damaged phone and trying old phones with the SIM card, the card got locked. Needing a new SIM, for the old phone to use now as soon as possible with leaving for out of town in the morning for work for several days. With all AT&T stores closes, Monticello was closing later but would be closed before we could get there.
Both Louis and Shane at the Monticello AT&T waited for us and went over and above and stayed a little extra to help us get a working phone again. We will be back again to have them help us with an upgrade for a new one now too!!

Today I got friendly caring service. I was not rushed , and was treated with respect.

I had a problem unlocking my phone. Went to the ATT store in Monticello. I was greeted by Clarence who I found out later was the regional manager. What a great job he and his sales staff did! Made you feel like you were at home. Clarence basically took care of all my issues. Always had a smile on his face even though he was on the phone with my issue for close to an hour. Bravo guys at ATT! GREAT JOB!!

Best customer service I’ve had in a year. I travel the country working I’ve been to many stores and this is the best one. The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would make the 30 min drive form at cloud anytime. I’ll appreciate the guys there, best arrive ever.

We stopped by the Monticello AT&T store today and we were immediately greeted by Brad. He did an excellent job for us today. We upgraded two phones and added an additional line to a business account. The transaction went super smooth and we thank you for that!

I had to do a phone transfer from one account to another, and had lots of questions on how that process would work. Brad was extremely helpful on the phone, and took lots of time explaining things to me in detail, to be sure I understood it. Michelle was just as helpful when I followed up at the store to have it taken care of. She even helped me get my account set up on the ATT app! I have never had a bad experience at this store. I recommend them to everyone I know ☺

My fiancé & I went in to get brand new phones and a new phone plan, we got to work with Zach and he was awesome! Very helpful, friendly and approachable! Made the whole process go so smoothly! We both walked out happy customers!

McKenna and Trevor were amazing to work with. They were energetic knowledgeable great customer service super friendly. What can sometimes be a painful experience they made it an enjoyable experience shopping in their store. Upgraded phone , switched from android to Apple. They were great at explaining and showing me things. I had data transferred, bought and had put on new screen protector and was in and out in less than one hour with a smile on my face👍👍

Spent many hours at this store upgrading several devices over the last week with many unforeseen difficulties. Allison was wonderful! She was the best ATT employee I have ever worked with. She was knowledgeable, efficient, patient and wanted us to have a good experience/outcome.

I’m new to Apple products also to AT&T it took me over three hours to transfer from my old carrier which was Verizon to my new carrier which is AT&T. Now that also included three minutes wait time before anybody in Verizon even asked if I needed something and then additional hour and a half wait beyond that and another hour the transfer pin was even given to me. As I walk over to the AT&T store I was greeted immediately If you continue to work through our issues until they hit my phone up and running what a great experience to start with, I’m happy I made the switch I had other friends that also use AT&T and they’re happy with their coverage journeys only beginning but so far so good!

The manager Brad and assistant Zach we’re absolutely the best! So informative, nice and funny! One of the best trips I’ve had to an AT&T store ! Highly recommend!

Clarence was really great, I had to switch from a tablet to a phone. I was in and out in a half hour, that was including him putting the Zagg screen protector on my new phone. Really nice people!

Sunday August 16 we visited Monticello AT&T. A young man (Ronald) could not have been nicer. Ronald was knowledgeable and so respectful and friendly. I noticed as we walked into the store, even though he was busy helping other customers, he greeted us very nice, sincere, and even seemed happy we came through the door. He was working alone but handled all going on in store so professionally. All the people in my group discussed how wonderful he was with customer service. Please treat him well...as he sure treats AT&T customers so good.

We purchased two iPhone and were shopping for cases and screen protectors. Our employee was very helpful helping us choose them, putting them and the screen protectors on. She also noted that we had not been given a Veterans discount on our new plan. We had been promised this from other store (not AT&T) upon signing up for service. This we felt was a good catch on her part! Will be getting any service or purchase here from now on. 5* !!

I worked with Ronald, WOW!! He was AMAZING to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional and proficient! I appreciated him taking the time to update our account and make sure that our six phone lines were all updated and we were getting the best deal available to us, we actually saved some money and got even better service options!
