McDonald's

This was a definite 5 star stop. I don’t usually give a fast food restaurant a 5 but they went above and beyond.
The staff was courteous and quick to respond. My daughter’s app was not responding and they even made sure her order was received and correct. We were a group of six with 4 different orders. Food was fresh and warm.
Dining area was clean, tables and floors, and welcoming.
there’s a play area.
I even spoke to the manager because the visit was so good- staff was so attentive. They delivered food to the tables quickly.
Ben at the register and Alex serving curb side and table orders - were YES “teenagers” who needed praised for their excellent work ethic. Polite!
Parking is a bit challenging but plenty of parking is available in the back of the restaurant.

Long time patron, first time Kiosk user. Not bad, entirely different experience from conventional Dine In prior to this New Technology. Kiosk use is self explanatory and picture based with standard POS transactions. Service to the table is new as well. Old school counter orders and check out are still in use for those who prefer a more personal touch. The restaurant was clean and comfortable; the temperature inviting. This location, Crescent Springs KY also boosts a play area for children making a birthday party or any event a very pleasant afternoon experience. Children most definitely accommodated in all facets. Plenty of parking with Handicap Accessible parking, access, and accommodations. Easily seen from road, highway, and the interstate. Repeat, really? Has definitely been a repeat for three generations and over fifty years. Enjoy. Trillions Served!!!

We were travelling between Ohio and Kentucky, and we stopped by this Mac brunch. Nice place to have a meal for travellers, they have play area for kids, and good serves. We ordered spicy crispy chicken meal, Happy meal, snd Fish burger. Was so delicious.

Nice play & dining area separate from the main dining area. Newer-looking building and very clean. Prompt service from mobile order.

The staff here are very friendly, whether it's dine in or drive thru. They always smile and thank you..very uncommon for a fast food restaurant.

I don’t know what this McDonald’s is doing differently compared to all the other McDonald’s, BUT let me tell you, the entire staff did an impeccable job! Usually, your food is either cold, something is not how you ordered, and sauces aren’t in the bag. This place did everything flawlessly (I even had napkins in my bag, what?!) and I did not have to ask again for sauces, and the food was HOT!! This manager needs a promotion! I have never been so pleased with a McDonalds in my entire life until today. Just wow!!!

We took our kids to eat & so they could run off some energy from our road trip back home. I'm glad they had the playroom inside, the bathrooms were clean, they have a toddler toilet also. Pretty clean inside.

Who else appreciates seniors working when you enter a business? I know I do 💯

I drive past the McDonald's blocks from my house and continue to another McDonald 4 miles away in Edgewood KY simply because the staff members working are always kind and efficient... I don't know her name but she's a senior and she's excellent at her morning gig

My order was wrong. Didn't get extra caramel on LG frappe, asked for light lettuce... Didn't happen.bi wouldn't complain but this seems to be happening more and more. I'm sorry but i think I'm going to start going to Burger King. ✌💘🙏

Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The pies we ordered weren't done, so she personally made sure to make it right with a yummy cinnamon roll! And apple pie💛 her energy was AMAZING!!!

McDonald's is McDonald's so this review really is just stating that the interior of this McDonald's is clean the service is amazing, and overall this is a great place to hang out if your car is at Mel's Autoglass

This was the quickest I've ever seen a long McDonald's drive thru line move. And the staff were so sweet it was almost like a different universe. Anyway, I was really impressed for a McDonald's.
