Got a new phone last night from Gil and his new guy. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helped GUIDE me into the right phone. They asked what I liked and didn't like in a phone and then gave me options based on my answers. I did not feel sales pushed. Made the transition extremely easy. Transfered my phone info with no problem and we just sat and chatted about life while they were still super diligent about the task. I ended up buying every accessory for my phone because I wanted to, not because they said I had to. HUGE difference from other stores. Super low key. I'll never go anywhere else now. Thank you guys!

Will was very helpful in helping me get my two new I Phone 15’s. He is very cordial and knows what he is talking about. I will come back.

Had a great experience with the gentlemen at this store. Started off a bit rocky but this had nothing to do with the store or them. Once we had technical issues fixed with our account the rest of my process was very smooth and enjoyable. I’ve shopped here for my last two phones and I like that it’s never overly busy and the staff has always been kind and professional toward me.

I went into Verizon Delhi looking for help to put on a screen protector on my new Samsung Galaxy S24. I was expecting to be charged for doing this. But the employee was Super nice, and he put it on for Free. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Delhi Verizon
