i've had good experiences here. staff actually answers the phone, fills prescriptions on time. apparently that's really hard to do these days. Unfortunately I don’t live closer otherwise I’d have all my prescriptions transferred here.

I have been coming here for several years pre and post Covid, yes, at times there have been waits or modifications to time. However, the staff is amazing, patient and helpful despite staff shortage. One time my prescription was going to be delayed and they sent it over to the nearest Walgreens to ensure I had medicine on time. Be kind to the people who do show up for work, you get what you give.

Fairly average Walgreens parking lot isn't the easiest to always navigate but it's easy to see the Walgreens from traffic

The Walgreens in Englishtown is a great store I used to live literally a block away from a different Walgreens and shopped there every day and the employees there were rude and or not helpful at all and the store was a big mess. The Walgreens in Englishtown is very clean, organized and the employees are very helpful in every way and are very friendly would highly recommend this store to anyone.

The store brand nicotine patches are expensive but actually stay on your arm.

Most of the pharmacy staff is extremely helpful. They take the time to help you save money on prescriptions. It's literally the first Walgreens in years where the pharmacy employees are not robots. Meaning they have a mind of there own. Occasionally there is the angry worker n will cause delay but that comes with every store. Overall the girls are great here. I recommend this store.

Was on hold for 45 minutes just to refill a prescription before deciding to hang up. They are slow. IF you're expecting to pick up a prescription and go in a less than 5-10 minute fashion, forget it. Expect 20-30 (or more) at minimum.

I gave3 stars instead of only 1 or 2 stars, because the staff IS really nice, helpful and accommodating.

They need more people working the pharmacy. Waited in line over 15 mins with only 3 people in front of me just to be told I need to wait another 10 for the pharmacist for a flu shot.

Picking up medication at the drive up window should not take 20+ minutes. Drove up to window and was not even acknowledged. Call the pharmacy to see if the pharmacy window was functioning and was on hold for about 5 minutes when someone finally came to the window. He spent another 10+ minutes completed my transaction.

This is the worst pharmacy that we experienced. You have to wait for 40 min and get partial prescription filled. Please do not go to this store again.

Don’t even bother with this pharmacy. Medications are always out of stock and the only thing you can get filled on time is the attitude.

I had an appointment for a Covid booster tonight at this locations pharmacy. I left work early so that I could get to the appointment early, as requested. As I'm standing there, the manager comes up and starts closing the gate, saying they have updated hours and are closing. My appointment was for 6:40. They started closing before the 6:30 time they mentioned.

The manager, I did not get her name, was none to helpful. When I told her I had an appointment, she shook her head and said no. I provided proof and she insisted that they were closing and it would not be honored. If this is the case, how was I able to make the appointment for this time weeks ago? Instead, I was told I could "call to see if I can be squeezed in or just reschedule." I understand that things happen or if there were extenuating circumstances but there should have been some communication letting me update, edit, or cancel my appointment beforehand. Instead I got brusquely turned away without so much as an explanation or apology. The next appointment isn't for another two weeks, a major inconvenience for something that could have been easily avoided with some actual customer service.

I’ve escalated my complaint and deep concerns to corporate who have all been absolutely fantastic with me as opposed to the incredibly unprofessional and dismissive store manager, Joe who essentially lied saying I was the only person to have ever complained about this unjustly rude and in my opinion abusive pharmacist. As a disabled person with a chronic autoimmune disease and a spinal injury that requires major structural repairs and reconstruction as a result of being hit by a car as a pedestrian I struggle to even get to the pharmacy
I to get all of my medications on my monthly visit in one trip to avoid being abused multiple times by this pharmacist because I am physically disabled and unable to come in multiple times to get my medication which I only get when it’s due meaning that I get it when Rich dispenses it and fills it .I’m in considerable amount of pain amplified by Lyme disease which is also excruciating. I’ve been treated with the utmost disrespect while attempting to get my medication there on a regular basis and now that the pharmacist Richard knows that I’ve escalated my complaint to corporate because the store manager Joe was dismissive and disrespectful when I reported my complaint which he completely dismissed and Lied saying I was the only person to have ever made such a complaint which is completely untrue as evidenced by the myriad horrific reviews all of which echo my own complaint and terrible treatment or mistreatment by this abusive pharmacist! The manager failed all together to address my concerns again blaming me for complaining! About being treated so disrespectful though I expressed to him multiple times that nearly every interaction I’ve ever had with this pharmacist has been pure hostility and rudeness on his behalf and I feel completely at his mercy if I want to get my medication’s which should NEVER OCCUR AT ANY PHARMACY ANYWHERE ANYTIME!!I’ve just learned from corporate that Joe the store manager has absolutely zero power anyway so in essence he is completely non efficacious! The store manager not only lied about the myriad blatant terrible reviews all equally as horrifying as mine he instead essentially intimidated me and attempting to make me the culprit of my own victimization in this most disgraceful pharmacy where I’ve been consistently abused for three years now and only go there out of complete necessity when my wonderful CVS occasionally runs out of stock of certain medication’s.and quite frankly the mostly consistently rude pharmacist Rich who is refusing to fill my medication which is legally due claims that I’ve picked up my scripts early which is impossible since it’s regulated by state law. He has been the sole pharmacist dispensing this medication so if he claims it’s early then he’s made a grave error by filling my prescription a few days early. I only order this medication when I need other scripts in an effort to get All of my prescriptions at the same time so I’m more concerned with logistics as a disabled person who has tremendous trouble even getting to the pharmacy! The most unprofessional aspect of this scenario is that because Rich knows I’ve made several complaints he is now acting in retaliation to further complicate and delay my order. It is a blatant abuse of power! I order all of my scripts when they are legally due and when my insurance covers them so any error as Rich insists I’ve made when in fact it’s his error, he is denying filling my medication now past it’s due date and it’s all on him! It is a result of unprofessional misconduct and he’s blaming me the customer for his mistakes! the District Manager is now addressing my experiences and will take into account other customer complaints as well. Rich is representing Walgreens and he should be held accountable for his conduct, if he repeats his patterns, of violating customer’s rights by refusing to fill medications when due, and being rude without provocation, he should be held accountable he does not have the license to mistreat customers. He won’t even provide basic compound cream without a fight!

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for about a year now. Every single time I’ve come, I have waited over 30 minutes to pickup a prescription. Every time I call to refill a prescription, I am left on hold for at LEAST 40 minutes; noone picks up. The staff is extremely rude and every time I pick up my medication, it is out of stock. I will be switching pharmacies! Do not go to this one.

Hey Walgreens corporate, do you see all these reviews complaining as to how your customers & patients are treated? Some of these reviews are years old & it doesn’t seem they’re taken seriously! Typical corporate “who cares” attitude. 4, 5 staff but often only one person at the counter。The old staff has an indifferent attitude, often lies, who cares face and does not give customers cash rewards。A tall black girl keeps looking unhappy,But have a young girl so nice (he should be new here) ,The young guy is also good
WALGREENS corporate You need to train your employees well, not just take the machine for money!!!!!!!
