ShopRite of Marlboro

I frequently shop at This ShopRite on Rt 9. They have the best hot soup bar with so many choices every day, this is one of the many reasons I love this store. Today I went to their deli department and was helped by Jonathan. Jonathan was super friendly, very professional and knew his products when I asked questions. He made my experience very pleasant. When I checked out I was then helped by a cashier named Michelle. Again I had such amazing service. Michelle is courteous, professional, personable and quite efficient. ShopRite, you should be very proud of your staff. They make shopping there an overall happy experience. Thank you Jonathan and Michelle.

The Haitian gentleman that's always in the produce area and Mahesh I dont if the name is spelled properly but these 2 are very good at customer service. Make you feel at home 1000 ✨

I love ShopRite ... prices are the same, if not more competitive than Walmart. Nicer atmosphere ... Produce better although not quite as good as Whole Foods. Meats and Poultry prices are more competitive than most other stores ... With the purchase of Dearborn Farms, baked goods from them are incredible if you don't mind spending the extra bucks!
The Negative ... You have to walk a Mile for a shopping cart ... Probably only 5 of the smaller carts (these carts are especially great for Seniors, as they prevent bending, or for a quick shopping trip) since the top basket is not deep, you don't have to stretch to place your items way down in the HUGE carts. Many more should be made available and closer to the entryway.
Recently whatever availability of the smaller carts there is, I have noticed that there are only a couple near the entrance most are left in the parking lot but beware there are only a handful.
I wish ShopRite management would address this issue especially since bags are no longer supplied

Very helpful shop from home service. They even got me items that were less expensive than the ones that I had ordered were not in stock, but the items were as good a quality or better than the ones I had ordered. Very clean and modern Shoprite.

Very enjoyable experience! Justin on night shift cooked up a fresh batch of fried chicken for me and I couldn’t had been anymore happier. He even helped me out the store and helped me get into my car and gave me his phone number to call him when I made it home safe! Way to go Justin!

Love to shop at this shoprite. big plaza with Homedepot as well, so, can be in both places by just parking between those two stores. Shoprite was updated 3-4 year ago to very nice looking place with lots of options, food, pharmacy, etc. Staff is very friendly. Self checkout helps to make your shopping quick in and out. good store for your weekly needs.

The second time trying the hot entrees, Chinese food. The food is excellent. Very well prepared, tasty and flavor.
Don’t rule out shoprite hot food, who knows you would love it.

Store is always clean, employees are so helpful and polite. There's always enough cashiers, love the Marlboro Shop Rite. The clientele are good as well, most shoppers are mindful and polite. I've never had a bad experience in this store except for self checkout but that's completely my fault (just can't get the hang of it).

The new ShopRite is a great improvement over the old ShopRite with lots of gourmet foods. with self-checking out in and out was fast

Store is clean and well maintained. Staff friendly. Good prices. Order our birthday cakes from bakery every year. Produce fresh and never had issue with expired foods on shelf. Store manager always says hello. Gets busy at times and hard to navigate aisles, but this could be said about any food store. I dislike that they keep rearranging aisles. It makes things harder to find. This is my favorite grocery store in the area!

Really clean and hands on place, PJ is the Grocery manager and us super cool but gets results too, he gives you compliments when you deserve them and do your job, and that boosts up your drive and confidence and his #2 John is a very nice and straight up guy no non-sense and very good at his job, great place to shop.

Where to begin...lol. Yesterday I did an order from home. Recieved a text that its on its way.....half hour later saud was delivered. To my dismay it was not delivered.
I called the store and spoke with Jackie and Deborah and all I can say is....WOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!!! They went above and beyond to repair the non delivery. They called the delivery person to no avail. Then they went and re shopped my whole order. They called in a person they knew would get my groceries to my house without any issue. Kept in contact the entire time as to when it was being delivered. Got my order and can not thank them enough for what they did. THANK YOU THANK YOU.

They have added a lot of space and new products in the past couple of years. I guess they are trying to compete with "Whole Foods" now. Prices also went up a bit, so if you're looking for a less expensive shopping option, you'd better have your Costco membership. That said, I like what they've done. I personally prefer this version of ShopRite over the one from two or three years back.
