Lakeview Foundation Community Thrift Shop

Always something to be found at the thrift shop. Very good prices. Sometimes the staff is friendly... sometimes they are not.

Went yesterday with my kiddos and husband and Today by myself. Yesterday Son had to use the restroom so heads up they don’t have public bathrooms. Great opportunities to save money and get some great new new things that arnt open yet or look new and nice vintage things also. Plus as a mom that homeschools great way to get the best bang for your buck.

The staff was friendly and helpful with a good sense of humor.

I asked for a dressing room, they didn't have one available do to COVID. One of the cashiers said I was welcome to change in the aisle between the garment racks. 😄 (My Jean's fit perfectly, by the way.)

The merchandise was reasonably priced and there were a variety of quality furnishings and antiques.

The store was clean and orderly.

Not my first time there and definitely not my last!👍😊

I LOVE this place! It took me to volunteer to really understand what this business really does.
I'm new and still learning so forgive me if I have not posted everything they do. What I do know is nothing goes to waste. What is not acceptable for resale is donated to a mission. They go through the items and what they cannot use is ground up to insulate homes. Being in the back and seeing the incredible set up and very busy hard working volunteers is amazing!

I would like to add that I just read a lot of negative post towards CommunityThrift. They were all from 1 year ago. One year ago we were all very stressed over COVID-19. I think we need to show a little grace to businesses that have guidelines they have to follow. I'm sorry that people felt the staff was rude. I cannot comment on that as I was not there. What I do know is the staff here now Dec 2021 are very caring good people.

Nice staff, great prices

This is one of my favorite places to visit! There is such a variety of items that change daily. Everyone is almost always super friendly. I have found practal items and precious treasures. I gladly do the 30 minute drive because it is totally worth it!

Great place to find some real great stuff. They often have crazy good sales like furniture 50% off already very affordable items.

Easy to work with for dropping off donations & recycling. Thrilled they take old TV's to be recycled.

Wonderful selection of clothing, household goods and eclectic stuff. Volunteers are friendly and helpful. They gratefully do a wonderful job of displaying and enforcing mask rules and social distancing.

Wonderful store full of really nice items. Store & items are very clean. All volunteers - who are very helpful & friendly. All donated items - money from sales is used for scholarships! Overall great place!

Very clean and organized! They have a variety of merchandise and furniture. Their clothing is organized by size, color and type including mens, kids and women. Money spent here is donated to assist local students who want to enter the healthcare system.

As always, the Community Thrift Shop had just what I was looking for at such a great price. They not only have the very things you need but always have the things you want! With such fantastic prices, you don't have to choose between, just get them all!

This has become my favorite place to stop at least 2-3 times per week. The volunteers are wonderful and Ms. Rossman is very helpful when it comes to my jewelry addiction!

This store is completely volunteer run and profits go to a nursing scholarship program. The staff are sweet people and the stuff is well organized and reasonably priced. I go here a lot and always find something to buy.
