Excellent communication! I was kept updated all day via text because I was at work and that worked great. Addressed a whole list of issues and all done within the day so there was no disruption to my commuting. I purchased my vehicle at Tapper and have had them do most of the work it has needed. I bought from John Tapper Chevy. I had a superb experience. I bought from out of state and on-line. The process was very smooth. My salesman, Tony Serignese was fantastic. Arranged for delivery of the vehicle at no extra-charge. The vehicle was in pristine condition. Even after the sale was complete, I needed assistance with paperwork for my state and he was immediately on it! Could not be happier with the experience!

They are very friendly and they keep you informed about how long it will be. They are extremely knowledgeable and really care about the customer and their experiences while at the dealership. I am very pleased to see that this dealership has two women in the service area. I will go there for all my car needs. I can't say enough good about their service dept.

My first time bringing in my new truck for it's oil change and tire rotation! I was on time for my appointment, which is very important! I was greeted very friendly and sat in the waiting room while they did their thing. To my surprise it was only a little over a half hour and they called my name. I was very happy and went on my way.
