My wife and i go to Wendys about every other day with the frosty key chains and the crew there are some of the coolest people who are always really nice and always really helpful plus the food is great so yeah tis a win-win-win-...win...so dont be a loser and pass by this place without stopping in

While traveling on the road, my family and I needed to get a quick lunch. This location was incredibly busy - both inside and out in the drive-thru. I must say, though, they worked hard to accommodate every customer. They even offered small concessions for a customer waiting there a bit longer than expected to get their order fulfilled. The food was good, showing that they were not cutting corners. I definitely appreciated the service I received there.

Sometimes they mess up but it does get fixed when you let them know compared to others in town wendy's is better than most in my opinion

Love their 4 for $4. Been here a few Times and always been greated quickly and the food has always been served quickly and been hot. Also like the 10 for $1.49 nuggets.

I am loving the Pretzel Bacon Pub burger! So good! Also lately I really enjoy the chicken ranch wrap, but I prefer it with Cesar dressing. My only complaint is I can’t order this on the mobile app because there are no sauce options to order from. Please add a place to choose a separate sauce or dressing so I can order this on the app. Thank you!

So unfortunately, this is one of the top worst experiences I’ve had with Wendy’s, and it’s sad to say I’ve had a few. They were understaffed and let everyone know that, and that under no uncertain terms would we get the best service. Which RIGHT OFF THE CUFF is a reason to close up shop, the food was horrible and wasn’t what we ordered, the patties on our burgers were all different sizes, the BACONATOR burgers we ordered had ONE slice of bacon on it…one. And they didn’t bother to tell us they were out of large Pattie’s, bacon, and the Chili was watery and borderline bland. If you see a sign that says understaffed, I’d turn right back around and find somewhere else to eat.

My point is this, don’t sacrifice Quality just to keep the doors open. If you just push out garbage quality food, then you have to turn around and correct your mistakes, and you get no where- and you get people avoiding your restaurant.

These restaurant chains that took a hit from the pandemic need to step back, reevaluate, and relaunch. I know it took a toll on every aspect of our world, but we have to stop taking a step back and making excuses, and take a step

Place was busy, but staff were quick and had my order to me in no time.

Waited in line long enough for a typical lunch rush. But the customer service alone was enough to make that wait completely worth it. Top notch service, and super friendly window tendant. Also, the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich is the best fast food sandwich I have ever had!

Friendly staff. Made me the wrong food but fixed the issue super fast and had a great attitude about it very thankful for that.

Rated 5 stars because infinity isn't an option. Very professional and amazing service. Even during staff shortages, these workers are completely committed to giving you the best experience available. Higher quality is served at this Wendy's, from customer service to food quality. A+ review. Good work to the Paw Paw team and if anyone is awake early enough, stop in and grab their honey butter chicken biscuit for an amazing start to your day.

Wendy's in PawPaw is never a disappointment. Very caring and nice staff!! If there's a wait it's always worth it. My food is always fresh and delicious.

When I went there had been some issue leaving them short staffed, the ladies and gentleman who were working did an exemplary job of handling themselves and helping each other. Kudos to them!

We usually stop by just before breakfast ends and have hardly ever had a car in front of us. Manager is extremely kind. Workers are always very kind as well. My order is always hot and correct. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Once I went to get back in line and they let me know that they had to close due to low staff in order to get things ready for lunch. May be inconvenient for some but it is understandable considering most places are understaffed right now. My favorite Wendy’s, I stop by Paw Paw just to go here.

This place was awesome! I went through the drive-through and there was actually someone there to take my order. I placed my order went to the window, paid for it and my food was ready in about 45 to 60 seconds. What a concept! I first started out at a place that shall not be named across the street. The staff at this Wendy's was absolutely phenomenal. Our van broke down and towing was impossible due to so many weather-related calls. We had to leave it there overnight. The manager and employees were so understanding and helpful. How refreshing to find these wonderful people, so courteous and kind. Kudos to all! Highly recommend.

Tonight, my in-laws were stranded here for nearly two hours, while they waited for help after their vehicle broke down in the middle of a crazy snow storm. The staff was super friendly and kind to them while they waited. I'm sure the food was probably good too, but I know they were very grateful for the hospitality.

This is a good Wendy's. The burgers were fresh and juicy and tasty, and they always are, come here fairly frequently. The people who work here are friendly too. This is in contrast to the Wendy's on West Maine in Kalamazoo where they are never friendly and when I went there last week, I waited 20 minutes, the burgers were dry and the people were not friendly.

The best fast food restaurant I've been to for flavour and quality. You never get burgers that are dry round the edges because they are microwaved or bits of dark meat in the chicken breast or massively skimped-on ingredients like in other places. The jalapeño popper is excellent.
