Dunkin'

The inside of this Dunkin location was small, but there were plenty of drink and food options. I also love and appreciate the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day!

There is a small area inside of this Dunkin that has a fireplace that is perfect to just watch it and catch up with friends.

I have my puppy with me. And it was a very hot day and he was getting sick in the car. And the manager was there doing paperwork at the table. And she was very understanding with me, and instead of getting upset with me and telling me to get out and that they wouldn't serve me. She allowed me to stand in a doorway. Because there was no customers there to help him get cool. And she gave me a freak upper ice for him. I don't know her name. But she is at least in her 40s. A blonde lady and she needs A raise. As for the customer service, it was very on point and completely as ordered. The poor man behind the counter forgot. What I had asked for ice coffee or frozen coffee, And instead of just assuming he actually came and asked me if I had ordered one of the other so for him, he gets 5 stars 2. He knows who he is. I don't know his name again. And as for the guy who accommodated me and with the Pup cup , He was very patient with me. I'm very combinated, he's very polite and even used. Yes, ma'am, no Ma'am. But the girl that was running a window for some reason kept giving me dirty loves and smirking at me for no reason. She, on the other hand has an attitude problem. And I don't think she should be working customer service.

The experience in Campbell is so awesome...the move fast, work fast, and always greet with a smile...

People got to understand at night product is limited because that is when they are making everything getting it prepared for the morning and afternoon and if they prepared extra for the night the night before the food would be too old. But as i became a worker there 4 months ago it made me understand. But there's no reason to be rude to customers, they don't know the situation so best thing to do is to be nice to the customers and explain the situation.

Every time I go to this Dunkin the wait is never long. My orders are always made correctly and there is one employee that is extremely friendly and always complimenting me and asking how my day is when I come through.

I go to two different Dunkin Donuts and they always satisfy me. They are the one on McCartney Rd. and the one on Belmont Ave. Both of them have thee best customer service ever of all.(I have frequented other Dunkin Donuts)They are ALWAYS kind to me and serve me with smiles. That means EVERYTHING to me. L🥰VE YALL

Had a sausage breakfast sandwich it was great.

I have always received prompt service and good food from this Dunkin, so much so I've paid extra 15 bucks to have drivers come miles to drop it off.

I ordered 4 apple fritters they only had one

Great coffee selection and donuts. The prices aren't too bad either for donuts, although the coffees are a bit pricey.

The crew that works early in the morning, 2 ladies and a young man are always so pleasant. Best service!

They're all so young but offer great customer service! This is what I love to see! Keep up the great work and I'll continue to get my Dunkin here
