Great notary and witness service from the whole team. We needed our wills and health care directives signed, notarized and witnessed. They made it really easy and were so nice and professional to work with. Highly recommend!

Frances (I think that's her name) greeted me with a beautiful smile and positive attitude. She has great customer service and she deserves praise and a raise. She's very helpful, kind, and patient.

I would like to thank the UPS company for having a manager like Jasen working for you. I was in there today and he was so helpful, kind, very patient and kept a smile on his face the whole time I was in there. I couldn't believe how rude and nasty some customers were to him and yet he still kept calm and maintained a great attitude thru it all. I wish there were more employees like Jasen working for all your stores. I would recommend everyone I know to start using that location from now on. So thank you very much for a great experience today.

I’ve been using this UPS location for nearly 2 years now and I have only good experiences to share. Every interaction to do an Amazon return was near effortless. Paying for packages that only needed a label was quick and easy. Getting an item packaged and sent was no trouble at all. There can be a line during certain days and hours of the day, so plan accordingly. I certainly haven’t purchased all the services they offer or used every resource that is available, but of the ones that I have, I don’t have any complaints.

I’ve been getting my mail here for about a year. The staff are kind, friendly, and efficient. I do not understand the one star reviews. These folks run this store extremely well. I would give six stars if I could.

I cannot say enough how helpful the manager and staff have been during my recent relocation here to ABQ. I purchased a mailbox several weeks ago and started to forward my mail and send some boxes ahead of arrival. The staff took care of everything and assured me my mail would be here waiting for me. I arrived here a little frazzled after a long flight and all my mail and boxes were waiting for me just like they promised. This process was very efficient and the staff was so friendly.

The gentleman that helped me today with my notary and shipping service's was absolutely remarkable!!! I appreciated his patience and attention to details that I missed. The customer traffic was constant but they got people in, out and on their way...Hands down easiest multiple transaction ever, all while saving me a few bucks!!! Even acknowledged my upcoming birthday. His name escapes me but Buddy, YOU ROCK!!! (When I remember his name, I promise to update post)

If I could give 1000 stars i would!! Jasen Leviner, the Store Manager IS SO MUCH MORE AMAZING, KIND, CARING, PROFESSIONAL & EFFICIENT ( I could go on and on!) THAN WORDS CAN EVEN SAY!!! since the 1st day i walked in to get a mailbox he has been prompt and extremely kind and helpful!! From helping me get the discounts I need on my purchase to forwarding my mail to another state for me and being so nice about it! Hes never made me feel bad for calling and asking for him to do something for me he has always made me feel as if i was so welcome and you can really tell hes so genuine!! He just forwarded my mail to another state for me...i opened my box to find A PERSONAL HAND WRITTEN VALENTINE'S CARD !!! THAT MADE MY DAY!! I couldnt be happier with this place!!! Jason! We will always be grateful for the amazing job that Jason and his team at this UPS store did for us. We arrived from Canada to close out my father-in-law's ranch two hours from Albuquerque. Items that were being kept were to be shipped to Florida. There were 27 boxes in the shipment and some of them oddly shaped (a vintage rocking chair, paintings, telescope etc). It's a very large and important shipment and felt I could trust the manager, Jason and this store to do a good job right after meeting him. I had movers pack much of the stuff and deliver it to the UPS store but a lot of the packages weren't properly reinforced. Jason came in on a day he wasn't scheduled to work and reinforced several parts of the shipment and also built some custom shaped corrugated to keep the shipment safe. Jason must have also done a great job training Fernando and Donie (I hope I'm remembering their names right) because they also helped doing all the paperwork and labels. Because of the size and cost of the shipment, he even gave us a good discount which made it make even more sense to send everything by UPS. Everything arrived perfectly in Florda and no damage because of all the extra work Jason did in protecting everything. I often worry that customer service is dead. I'm happy to report that it is not. It's alive and well in a UPS store in Albuquerque. Thank you again Jason and your team for all that you did to help us and for doing a spectacular job. All our best, Ken

Glad to see that this location is under new management! Previous management royally screwed me over, but I have finally received a refund for my claim due to the compassionate & attentive customer service of the new manager, Jasen. If you've been burned here in the past like me, know it was likely the previous management & give them another shot!

My wife and i have a mailbox here and from the very first day that we walked in Jasen Leviner, the Store Manager has been so helpful and kind to us both!! He has certainly gone above and beyond and has remarkable customer service skills! Cant say enough how much we love this place!!

Super nice staff that greet you and chat with you warmly. I was there planning to mail a box to Canada. The person I worked with was very familiar with the details and also remind me about the boarder tax. Unfortunately the price for international shipping is too high so I have to look at other options. The person was very understanding and provided me the price of USPS, where he suggested me to go. Though I kind of wasted time there but it was good experience and service.

I just wanted to drop a quick note about a couple of the employees at this location. I have maintained a box at this location for nearly 6 years, and have seen a number of employees come and go. So far Marvin and Sterling have been some of the best (Taj was also great, but I understand he is no longer there). Every time I come in, and either one is there, they great me by name, and in some cases have already pulled my mail or packages, having seen me pull into the parking lot. It is honestly like having a concierge service. And it is not jut to me--they are very professional and courteous to any other customer in the shop.

The level of customer service they both provide is simply above and beyond anything I have experienced at really any other retailer. Most business owners probably only hear when the employees are performing poorly--I wanted to share some kudos for these two gentlemen for their exceptional service and attitudes.

THANK YOU for the great service, Ahmed!!! I had a package that arrived at this store, but when I went 2 hours later to pick it up, it could not be located. The area driver came back for the last stop, we looked in his truck but couldn't find it--he was extremely helpful and I appreciated that! One of the employees at this store, Ahmed, was quick to act. He called the central UPS location and after it was not there, he scoured the backroom--package found! Both the UPS driver & Ahmed's great attitude to be helpful and troubleshoot, while maintaining great customer service was much appreciated. Thanks guys! :)
