I fell in love with this store at first sight, and the service was absolutely fantastic. I went in with some gift 🎁 items and was in need of assistance with preparing the perfect gift. I was more than pleased with how the beautiful ladies in store helped me pick the perfect gift bag, tissue paper, bows, and cards….not only that …they put the gift bag together for me “Everything Tiffany Blue” and they had a beautifully decorated candle 🕯 in what reminded me of a martini 🍸 glass that went perfectly with my gift arrangement. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this store is and the staff inside. I will be back to shop and support.

The only Hallmark store I could find in the Coachella Valley. Very nice store with LOTS of good stuff! Huge selection of Valentine's Day cards for every situation. Lots of parking. Easy access in and out. Helpful staff. Highly recommended!

I entered the store intending to purchase Christmas wrap and cards during the store's buy one get one. I was greeted by Ashley who not only assisted in pointing out all items in the promotion, she went into the back stockroom more than once to search for advertised items that may have arrived. Her outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and love for her job has left me prompted to write this review. What an asset Ashley is to Julie's Hallmark!! And for the record, the store is merchandised beautifully. Great experience!

Well run, clean and with a friendly staff. Even with the approach of Valentine's Day, it was not crowded. I was worried because of COVID-19, but it was not a problem. Good selection. Found cards for two upcoming occasions and they were perfect!

Great Hallmark store. Well stocked with Christmas cards, ornaments, wrapping paper, gift items, and decorations. Of course, they have items for all other occasions.

I cannot recommend this Hallmark store enough. I've been buying cards here for about 5 years and the staff are the nicest, most helpful people you'll ever meet. They even go out of their way to honor any coupons or discounts you may have. Great place, highly recommended.

All time favorite shop with lots of unique items for gifting and you'll be sure to find a card that captures just what you thought couldn't be put into words. This is now the only Hallmark shop in the desert. Julie's family started the desert Hallmark Card tradition in Palm Springs at the mall, expanded over the years to Westfield Mall in Palm Desert and in East valley in Bermuda Dunes; sadly, the latter being the only remaining store. But, always a pleasant and inviting experience.

The ladies that work here are so sweet they have the nicest gift wrapping items great selection of cards to the point where you can't even decide and of course again the customer service is so good at very attentive and good sales

I love the way this place feels, it is too bad that they had to close the one in the mall. But they have a great selection of cards and awesome little notes and posti's and just a bunch of feel good stuff.
