What an embarrassment of riches we have here in Freeland with this gem of a computer repair & store!! I was more than happy to pay them the modest sum of a couple hundred $ to fix a major BIOS issue I was having with my PC that was beyond my comprehension. They fixed it and it's been running flawlessly ever since. The issue was deep into the clock speeds, RAM details... stuff that your average "guy who knows about computers" might not understand. These people are experts.

Not only that but I just called to see if they had a Thunderbolt cable in stock and got a mini-diagnostic session for free during our conversation. I can't imagine a similar store in Seattle giving me that much time out of their day for free.

My Dell computer was performing poorly. Extremely slow to start up or to shift from application to another. Task Manager nearly always showed disc use near 100%. The guys quickly diagnosed problems with the hard drive. They replaced it within a day resolving the performance issues. I'm very pleased with their prompt, knowledgable service. Great to have such a good resource on Whidbey.

I've performed a lot of serious computer repair myself. But, when it comes to the increasingly tricky techniques required to repair Apple products, I have little appetite. So, I was very glad that the folks at Whidbeytronics were willing to tackle upgrading my iMac. Their work was excellent and incredibly fast.

The person working at the store was helpful and knowledgeable regarding Wi-Fi routers. When I bought one I was pleasantly surprised that he offered to set it up right there in the store so that when I got home I did not even look at the directions - all I had to do was plug it in and it worked and connected to my mobile phone. I have bought several Wi-Fi routers for home and office over the past several years and this was the best experience I ever had.

Helpful with large and small computer issues. Kind, professional, GOOD service, reasonable price, and often innovative solutions to save your computer from obsolescence. Yay! Lucky to have them on the island!!!

I have had Whidbeytronics advise me on a couple of issues with my laptop. In both cases, my problem was quickly resolved. For those on Whidbey Island who need technical support, I highly recommend these guys.

Would betronics is a great place for a good year equipment repaired. I had a problem with my computer sound and voice and took it in and they had it fixed within a half an hour great job.
