I'm here so often they say "see ya tomorrow" when I'm leaving. Great paint selection. Informed associates. Lost some cash one day and Will gave it to the manager and I got it back. Yay Will! 🥳 Rewards program rocks too! If you're a DIY addict like me you HAVE to get the rewards. I've saved so much money.

I ALWAYS Love Shopping Here! And, YES...."ACE is the PLACE!" You WON'T Believe What They Sell! It's NOT just a "Hardware Store"! One can go "Holiday and Birthday Gift" Shopping! Mass Variety of Planters, Mulch, Peat-Moss, Bug Sprays, Wind Chimes, Plant Soil, Muck Boots, Kitchen-Ware, Mechanic-Tools, Automotive Soap/Wax, Plumbing & Electrical Hardware, Cleaners, Shop Towels.....AND SO MUCH MORE!! This Place is HUGE! It would take a few hours to actually look at everything here! I will continue Shopping Here!

Super helpful staff. If you need help while on the floor, someone will walk by & be more than willing to help. Then when checking out, the cashiers are always courteous and efficient.

They have almost everything you need to complete the project you're working on. Plus, they have a good pet section, great gardening area, & surprisingly, a fairly complete houseware area.

They are my "go to" hardware store.

Every time I shop this Ace hardware, I have an interaction with at least two staff members. Once on the floor and again at the till. The staff are always helpful and friendly, not to mention they know their store and the products in it. I can't believe that this is an accident or a happen stance. So, this one's for the management and the team leaders; Thank you! I truly appreciate the focus on customer engagement. The last few years we have seen a sharp decline in customer service and care in every sector that I spend money. Your store is one of only a hand full that I actually look forward to shopping at simply for this reason. Keep up the great work!

I'm a tourist but this is not your typical hardware store. It has everything... and more,!!! Plus it's great they have so many friendly helpers!!! I wish I could give this place more than five stars :)

I was there to pick up a tool box to allow my wife to keep track of her tools. What I found was a store phone that had been missing for some time. The store gave me a discount on my purchase. Thanks so much.

I have been to many different Ace Hardware stores recently and I have found that this particular Ace is my favorite. The employees are knowledgeable with their own experience, helpful (but not annoying), and they carry a wide variety of items. Great paint section, wonderful kitchen section, a good variety of tools, plants (both indoor and outdoor), and much more! If you are looking for something super specific, I do recommend calling first. Fully wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking. I almost forgot, they also have fresh and FREE popcorn right in the front of the store!

Great store, small town charm. Love Whidbey island, though maybe bias opinion as I live here. Store/parking lot always clean. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Always plenty of staff to assist. Easily accessible and navigateable thru isle ways for all. Always plenty of parking and always truely a great experience to shop there... Kudos to all you there that make it such a pleasent experience time after time of shopping there....

A great hometown hardware store. When you go a few times, they will greet you by name and you will feel like this is your store. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees and many specials.

This Ace hardware is the largest I've seen in a long time. It's a full service hardware, with a lot of extras. There's an expansive home goods section. Plenty of camping/outdoor gear, BB's/airsoft gear, and fishing supplies. The staff are professional and helpful, exactly what I expect from a small town hardware store.

Is great this place carries GRIZZLY FIRE STARTERS the very best start a fire with only one match. Load-it up. The wood stove / fire place or your camp fire no paper no Kinling. They burn for ~ 20 minutes or more. Try them you will Love them too.

Airy space, well laid out, all you need for home and garden. Stihl equipment for heavy duty work. More shapes of shovel than you knew existed.

We moved to the island a month and a half ago. I can't believe how often we're in the store, shopping for yet another thing we need. Ace seems to have whatever it may be, which is a good trick. Friendly staff, unnervingly good selection of precisely what we need, but can be a bit more expensive than other sources.
