I always receive courteous, timely and helpful service! Always answer all my questions and asks if there is anything else they can help me with. Great customer service!

I've done business at both the AT&T store and the Verizon store in Ponderay. I must say that the AT&T store employees have always been more available and personable. I just dropped into the AT&T store yesterday, and was so well taken care of that I had to write this review........I'm quite happy with the assistance provided to me.

Sales consultant Elijah Jones was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, & patient. 10 out of 10 stars.
Market director Jack maintained a positive work space during a very busy day.

Jeremy is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and always very friendly and helpful. I have brought all of my family in to purchase phones and he has helped my elderly parents with their phone transfers. He is why we visit our local att store.

John and Jake are the best! They took something that felt like a mountain to move and helped our entire family switch over to At&t service with ease. To add they were both super fun and confidently answered every question we had.

Elijah was great. Extensive knowledge with direct Tv streaming and he knows his phones too. A great salesman, give that guy a raise!! It is always a pleasure dealing with him and the rest of the staff at Ponderay.

Elijah one of the sales associates there is amazing. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we were all set up. Meanwhile he was multitasking by helping multiple customers at the same time.

Heather is great! My Blackberry of many years finally died and she had me fixed up and on my way in no time. Heather is courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Its people like her that have kept me with AT&T for 22 years! I was so impressed with her that I wrote a letter to AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson to tell him so!
