Serves great coffee local to Milwaukee-Anodyne.

This coffee shop has skilled baristas, great ingredients used for their beverages, and even have several selections for food.

There’s a huge opportunity to absorb some of the Starbucks line just down from them in the same concourse. There is never a line here and sometimes I’ll see people waiting for 45 mins at Starbucks.

In order to bring people down from Starbucks maybe see if you could place a sign outside your shop that says “locally roasted coffee served here”. Many other shops in the airport sell “Milwaukee Apparel”, because tourists are just looking for something unique to the area.

I would love to see more business here because I travel through this airport frequently and would like to continue to have Anodyne coffee served here long term.

Nice new marketplace waiting for new business.

$9 Parfait had mushy blueberries, both of them, granola was instantly soft and chewy in the yogurt, pretty gross. 3/4 of the offerings were sold out at 9 AM. Expensive and not good.
