Excellent experience selecting and purchasing living room furniture. Ishmael, Stephanie, Louie and Sean were a great team. Ishmael and Louie were very helpful in selecting the best collection for our home, and Stephanie was able to put the right fabrics together to provide a fresh updated look. This is a first-class old-school customer service team - honestly you just don't see this level of friendly & knowledgeable assistance anymore. Looking forward to seeing the finished product, but based on the purchasing process, I am confident the quality will follow.

Outstanding customer service. BRENNAN IS AMAZING- professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It is such a treat to encounter this because it seems more and more rare. Great selection of quality furniture in showroom to choose from. Delivery was a wonderful experience as well. Would recommend and will go back!

The salesman, Brennan Kirk, was wonderful. He was not overbearing & could answer all of my questions regarding what I was loooking for. He made suggestions which ended up as a purchase. I was very pleased with his help & demeanor. Very pleased & hope I will love my furniture!

Ishmael Monchery was very knowledgeable about the different pieces of furniture and was able to answer my questions or find the answer. He was also very patient with my indecision. You could tell he loves his job and wants his customers to be happy!

We had such a fantastic experience with our furniture buy, we were customers previously which is what drew us back, but the level of customer support and interaction was truly spectacular! Ron at the Mall of Georgia is always courteous and dependable to my wife and me as customers of Haverty’s for over 20 years. He is the reason that we have purchased about $100,000 of furniture, services, and warranties from Haverty’s at the Mall of Georgia in the last 10 years. or so. In a world where service and customer courtesy have dropped to an all time low, Ron at Haverty Mall of Georgia makes me have hope that at least someone still believes in good old customer courtesy.

Brandy, our design consultant, did a great job of truly listening n incorporating our design. Ishmael, our sales rep, was very receptive n thorough.

Our sales agent Pete was very pleasant and accommodating. He knew the products and presented them without being pushy. I would buy from him again. The store had an amazing selection and the buying process was made very easy.

Havertys has the best customer service. Their team actually listens to the customers needs to offer real solutions to what will work best for their space. We visited several other furniture stores before Havertys and their employees were just trying to make a sale. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and working with Leonard. He is patient and goes above and beyond. We will definitely be back for our future furniture needs.

We arrived at Havertys about 10 minutes before they closed (I know I know, it was a jerk move, but we had been to 5 other furniture stores that day and we needed furniture) and Ishmael greeted us and helped us find the perfect couch and reclining sectional. We also purchased a rug, chair, and ottoman. He was very professional, informative, and friendly! He stayed past closing in order to get us what we needed. The manager was extremely accommodating as well. Ishmael has been in close contact with us to make sure the deliveries have gone well and we didn’t have any issues. The delivery guys were very gentle with our new furniture and placed everything exactly how we wanted it. They were very thorough yet swift. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here before anywhere else!! They also have amazing warranty coverage and one of the only places that covers pet damage!

My husband and I went in to look for a new sofa and Victor was amazing! He didn’t push us and he didn’t ignore us either. He was perfect and gave us exactly what we needed in customer service!
