Great car dealership, great customers service. wife and I went In as first time car buyers Ron’s autos staff were very welcoming. Brian was outside when we we drove in. He was very understanding of our price point and made us feel at ease. we test drove a few cars and Brian showed us a ford explorer I fell in love with. He make quick with the paperwork. Mark in finance was awesome! As first time buyers and us not being prepared he was amazing and patient with us as we got through it. 10/10 recommend. Will be back for my wife’s car in the future.

Fantastic experience! After searching for almost 3 years for a truck I drove over an hour to find the vehicle I wanted at Ron's Automotive. It was well worth the drive. Not only did they give me an great deal on my trade-in, but Penny from Service was absolutely outstanding. I needed one minor repair and she completely checked the vehicle over and made sure everything was in top shape for inspection. I really feel they valued my business and wanted to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Thanks again for doing such a great job!

I recently bought my first car with the help of Skylar. It's a beautiful 2016 Hyundai Sonata SE, and it was already in top condition when I arrived at the lot. Very few exterior scratches, no dents. The interior was cleaned very thoroughly, with no smell and everything in working order. Under the hood, Ron's Auto serviced and replaced everything that they needed to do, and that was a big plus in my consideration. New battery, new covers over the engine. Skylar and the rest of the fellows were very friendly and patient, and upfront and honest about what they were charging and why, as well as very flexible. Other dealers I went to before would force expensive warranties or fees or markups, but the folks at Ron's weren't about that. Instead they were willing to listen to my situation and work with me, to find the best price that worked for both of us. The other cars on the lot that I test drove were all similarly high quality and fun to drive. Of course fewer cars than other dealers, but quality over quantity. In the end I chose the Sonata at a price I am quite happy with. Also they introduced me to one of the best barbecue places I have ever been to.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys! I'd never bought a car before, but my old 2000 Subaru Legacy had finally given up the ghost, so to speak, and I was in need of a car. I'd heard from friends that this place was great, and it turned out to be accurate! I'm really happy with the car that I got (a 2014 Subaru Impreza), and everyone was super nice. Trevor was great to work with, and so was Mark. I'll absolutely return if I need a new-to-me car again!

My wife and I drove down from New York to Ron’s on Saturday . We called in the morning and Ricardo was very helpful and I expressed my concern about the drive and the car being available. They assured me the car would be there, as I explained several disappointing visits with other dealers in NJ. When I arrived they were waiting for us and the car was parked in front, a red carpet feeling. They quickly introduced themselves and it was a very family environment. You don’t feel that pressure when you usually visit a regular dealership. Everyone was great especially the father and son team. They were great and I would definitely drive four hours again if I have to purchase another car. The icing on the cake is that they were fair, with my trade in and made everything headache and stress free. My wife and I are super happy with everything, especially with both our financing and car. My 2018 Ford Mustang it was a dream come true and over 15 years in the making to have my dream come true and Ron’s made it even easier for us. Thank You guys.

Buying a car is almost guaranteed to be a stressful experience. Tony here at Ron's Automotive did his best to make the process as streamlined as possible.

I called Tony and told him that I would like to view a car in their inventory but I was nearly two hours drive away. He assured me it would be available, and sure enough he had it sitting in front ready for a drive as soon as I arrived. 5-stars!

After sitting down to talk numbers, Tony didn't waste any time bringing the sales manager into the conversation so we could strike a deal. (It's more difficult to pay cash for a car and avoid all the extra "fees" that usually get rolled up into financing) We finally settled on a price, signed some documents, and they had me out the door in my new car that evening. 5-stars!

The not so great:
When I sat down with the finance office and informed them that I would be paying for the car out-right, I was told that they don't keep the titles on site and would still have to work with their title service to get my title and registration documents. This process took OVER three months of back and forth with their title team (not the DMV, just the title office). I was driving the car back to my home state the following week and could have set up appointments to complete this in less than two weeks myself had I received the title that day. 2-stars

At this point, my overall satisfaction with this purchase would probably be 3.5 to 4 stars, however, I have to give credit where it's due. After my purchase, I needed a way to get both old vehicle and my new ride back home, two hours away. I left the keys to my original vehicle with Tony, and the staff at Ron's made this happen without any hesitation, allowing me to drive home in my new car and following close behind with my original car. This is what going above and beyond looks like!

In conclusion, Tony was great to work with, and I was able to get the car I wanted with hard-to-find options at a fair price. The expected headaches with the finance office and title teams tainted what would have been a flawless experience, but Tony and his team put in 110% so I'm giving them a 5-star review. Thanks Tony!

My overall experience was amazing. I was a first-time car buyer after the car my parents had purchased for me had died. The staff at Ron's Automotive made the process quick and stress-free. They explained every step to me and made sure I was comfortable with all of the decisions being made. This go around, we had no trade in and needed a vehicle immediately. It’s a tight market, and they still got us where we needed to be in under 48 hours with a vehicle we are confident in, and a payment improvement to where we were with our prior vehicle.
