Hi. My name is Zac and we visit Ross located just off 13th street behind tropical smoothie. We are visiting late afternoon in November 2022. Store hours with holidays in mind are found on picture 2. The parking is easy and getting to the front door is no problem. Inside and on your left is mens, right is women’s and straight down your middle is the changing and restrooms. Store is usually clean and has a customer or two. Beat the rush by coming in early. Check out the seasonal for great decorating ideas. This is an Amazon pickup location.

I went in to grab a quick pair of shoes for a Halloween costume. The shelves were well organized so I could find my size and what I wanted very easily, and I was offered help both soon after I was walking in the door and when I was browsing. Very kind employees and nice store.

Always an adventure, because you never know what may be found. Men's section on the left, with Women's on the right, thousands of square feet to shop for the best bargains on name brand apparel from Abercrombie to, well, whatever fashion company starts with a Z. New stuff every time I visit, so you had better get it now if you want it, since it might not be back next week. Great prices, great store. Would recommend if you have some time and not anything in particular in mind.

Did not realized what a huge discount in pricing for quality products Ross has until my 2 visits here within 3 days. Great service from sweet people.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Prices were very reasonable. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I am used to keeping my hangers...they don't give you your hangers here, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Decent selection of dress pants this trip. The clothes were organized by sized correctly and the store was clean. The line to check out was fast and efficient

One of my favorites stores to buy name brand clothes and shoes.. They also have a great household section with lots of beautiful things to choose from at a decent price.. This is my go to place for all my dresses and tops.. Wonderful store! Pretty clean for the amount of traffic it gets as well.

I came in to buy some work dresses and shoes this evening and this by far was the worst shopping trip. (Keep in mind im not the only individual in the store, was not dressed in an unprofessional way nor brought any unwanted attention to myself, minding my own) As I started looking around at the shoes I tried on a few diff. Pairs to see how they felt to walk in. There was a tall older black gentleman who worked there, appeared to be watching me and pretending to shuffle stuff on the shelf. I didnt think much of it and moved on to look at dresses. As im looking another worker, older black woman with a long black pony tale and with white streaks, walks past myself and another customer. She then greeted the other customer who happened to be african american as well, and when i looked up to smile at her expecting the same greeting, she instantly dropped her smile without saying a word to me. I thought it was odd but ignored it and continued to look, i had changed my mind about a particular dress that was on the sales rack and placed it back where i found it, not even 1 minute later i hear a hanger snatch off the shelf, ITS HER ANGRILY MOVING IT JUST ONE SECTION OVER. Instantly I felt racially profiled and looked down upon as if she thought I was going to steal something. As im waiting to check out, which at this point I feel completely offended; I see the older tall black gentleman walk to the register, pretending hes doing something but prominently looking at me up and down as if I was a criminal. I am so upset that I was instantly deemed untrustworthy based on my appearance. Im a 5"2 half white half japanese college grad student. There was no need for me to be followed and harrassed as I was looking around. I truly hope these individuals WAKE UP and realize that the world cannot change if we keep repeating the past with hatred behaviors as such. I really hope this issue is addressed at this store location as I cannot be the only person who may have experienced this. I will not EVER be returning to this store nor will I spend one dime there.

Great deals

I fund everything for my bathroom at a very very low price. Ross is my favorite store for buy clothes and house decorations , shoes. First I went to Burlington but don't fine nothing they was low in merchandise in the bathroom area.

Ross is a place to find good bargains and the cloths are great I shop there for the extensive sneaker collection they have off the hook when you where a size 13 and your 5'7 kind of hard to find that in some store I reccomend Ross it's Great
