Store is very clean and organized. Associates were friendly and very helpful. Found everything I needed and was able to check out quickly.

I wanted to express my appreciation to Hannah for being so helpful. I was trying to order a foam mounted poster online from my home in Austin to pick up at the Pensacola store. I called twice for assistance and Hannah patiently guided me through the process. The second time I called was just as the store was closing but she continued to help me by answering all my questions. Much appreciated!

Every time I visit this store my encounters with the employees are excellent. They are always friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help find the item that I’m shopping for. The cashiers are knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. I’ve shopped this store for over 10+ years and have never been disappointed.

I was under a lot of pressure to get cards cut and laminated before a game. Jenna at Office Depot helped me with everything and I left the store with everything I needed at an affordable price. I highly recommend going there for any of your printing and Laminating needs! They're even helpful with shipping, I know because while Jenna was helping me she was helping customers with all of their shipping needs. It's a great store!

Purchase of a printer was our goal; it ended up being a nice encounter with a technician at the local O.D. store. We ended up making a purchase of a printer and 3 other items. Clean and nice environment, with friendly workers. What is not to like?

The Serta Siena style office chair my wife purchased and I picked up for her was an excellent chair for her home desk. It was easy to assemble and is very professional looking. Thank you, Office Depot, for the quality of this product!

I was unable to find the ink cartridge I needed at another retailer. I called Office Depot and the associate was able to quickly locate the item and even shared how many were in stock. I walked in and checked out in less than 5 minutes. I will make this my first stop from now on.

I came in today to purchase a refill for a pen that bought from here.
Elijah was very patient and helpful. My secretary had thrown away my old cartridge. So, we proceeded to try to find a replacement. After about 30 min. I gave up and bought a new pen. I also mentioned that I was having trouble with my desk chair at my office. Yes, now I own a new chair! Elijah's patience and communication skills allowed me to purchase items that I probably wouldn't, had I just been allowed to walk through the store.

Needed to print 15 letters and had pdf and Word documents ready. Customer service was great, printing two pages of labels for $2.50. Plus I bought postage and envelopes and got help with self service copy machines when my card was bad. All for under $20, and the stamps were $11. Thanks for saving me the time, frustration, and expense of buying ink cartridges and printing at home!

Hannah in print and copy was excellent. This store has excellent customer service and all the management/employees were nice and go over beyond. This is by far the best location in Pensacola compared to Mobile Hwy that is.
